Looking to do it the easy way instead of the right way.
Wanted to run electrical wire on the outside of high-end direct burial light pole rather than thru pole as designed.
Targeting of lights critical for volleyball court to keep lights out of players eyes. Refuses to do it night (for extra charge) when it could be done right, instead takes a guess and does it during the day.
Said he'd leave scissor lift, instead picks it up a day early. Now I have to re-rent scissor lift and have someone fix positioning of lights.
See pic - leaves old electrical wire hanging and exposed after removing old light switch.
First time it rained after installation, setup triggered breaker on outlet.

I called Barry on a Tuesday from my office and made an appointment for him to come out Friday at 8am. He did not ask for my name or cell phone number. Friday morning rolls around, no Barry. We call, no answer. I get to work and find 2 voicemails on my office line from after 7pm on Thursday evening: One to confirm, and one from Barry saying he won't be coming since we didn't confirm. This is a terrible business practice... at least confirm during business hours or ask for an alternate number. My work voicemail is clearly from a business, so it's pretty logical to assume I won't get the message at night. We had to call a different company and thankfully got someone else to come out today to fix our issue.

Barry is a great electrician. He was able to fix our problem the same day. I called 4 other electricians who all cringed and said my issue could take many hours at 85 an hour plus the 165 trip fee. I kid you not that activate electric came and had us up and working within one hour and only charged us the hourly fee. I'm not sure how he is able to be so fast, fair and friendly, but I can only thank God we found him. And to top it off, my husband got along with Barry! We will use this company for every electricity related need - guaranteed.
