Action Electric came to my house about 6 weeks ago to replace 2 outlets on my back porch. (Vinyl screened in room) After the tech installed the outlets and checked them out he was satisfied that they were working properly. Cost : one man and under an hour time frame was $224.00. Since the outlets were located on the room on the porch I did not have the opportunity to use the outlets for weeks. When I decided to plug my Christmas decoration in on the porch in preperation for decorating the house the plug sparked and went dead. I called Action Electric back and told them what had happened. They agreed to send someone out again, but told me there would be a charge. Needless to say I was not a happy camper and declined. This is not a user friendly company, save your money. I currently do not have any working outlets on my porch. Shameful !
