We purchased an HVAC unit a few years ago on the owner's recommendation! We've had a few problems since we bought it but the owner has gone out of his way to see that we were more than satisfied!! The different technicians they've sent have all been on time, conscientious, courteous, and most of all, extremely knowledgeable!! They hit it out of the park!!

They installed a new HVAC system a few years ago and were wonderful. Their prices are reasonable, good efficient systems, and they were extreamly professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Every year we call them back out for general maintenance, and this service call no different, except that they discovered a part was going bad. We were told it would be an additional $75. Well, if it needs to be fixed, what could we do but fix it. When we were given the bill we were informed that it was no charge for the part because it was under warranty. Not only friendly service, but trustworthy service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Action Air and Electric installed a new AC system for us and we were completely happy with their service. We were presented with multiple options for choosing a system and had all our questions answered up front. The technicians were friendly, professional, and left no mess. We also appreciated not having to contact the utility company ourselves to receive a rebate. The new, more efficient unit is working so much better than the previous one; kind of wish the old unit had died sooner.
