Nope. Just nope. I am not telling you to not use this company but I will not use or trust this company in the future. In short, my outside A/C fan was making noise and not functioning correctly. Called ACS. They required a $50 credit card payment up front. Not a good sign to be honest but the $50 can be used toward the repair I was told. Matt (the repair man) shows up same day which was a good thing. He confirms that the fan is going bad and also identifies that the fan is under warranty. Regardless of warranty, there will still be a cost to return the ""core"" and labor etc. he states. OK, I state that I want to discuss with my wife since A/C is still working. I request a written quote to be emailed to me. Matt agrees and leaves. Email arrives with a quote containing a single line stating ""replace A/C fan $692."" I respond with a request for a breakdown of parts versus labor but receive no response for the remainder of the day. I called the ACS office the next morning with same question. They take my details and will forward to Matt. Matt calls me a few hours later and states that ACS does not provide that level of information. ""A formula is used to calculate the price and that is the price"" he states. I call another service company and long story short I get a an itemized quote, a new fan (warrantied), and pay an installation bill for $285. Trust completely broken with ACS so nope.

I call, they tell me it will be $99 to take a look, then get an attitude with me when I point out they told me it was a free estimate on Yelp... Don't trust..

BEWARE THIS BUSINESS. I would never recommend this business to anyone (especially if you are non-white).
We've been at the mercy of this SKETCHY company for a year now. Last summer, ACS tried fixing our air conditioner and ended up telling us that we need a new A/C unit. We signed up for their loyalty program and paid nearly $10k for a new unit... but it didn't work. Once they came back I was informed that when ACS installed the unit, it was missing a piece. They blamed the manufacturer for sending it to them without the piece (...but why did they install it with a piece missing?). Apparently the piece was on backorder so they couldn't immediately fix the *brand new* A/C... This was in July and we went nearly two months without an A/C... ACS did not provide ANY discount or even really an apology. We even asked if they could temporarily re-install the old AC unit and they refused.
After two months of living in Florida without A/C, they fixed the unit but it has continued to give us trouble. Now, less than a year later, the A/C is not working again. They want to charge a non-refundable fee to come look at the A/C (again).... we've asked repeatedly to speak with the owner or for him to call/email us, but its been two weeks (with no AC in July) and we've heard nothing. We also had an appointment scheduled with them for a unit cleaning today but it was cancelled with zero notice (I had to call them after they missed the appointment window) due to an ""emergency.""... The people who work here are unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright nasty. They said that they couldn't tell me the owner's name-- it's Josh Cabrera, his name is publicly listed on the website... there's no reason they couldn't tell me his name. When I call I put them on speaker so whoever I'm with can hear the rude responses.
I can't say why this company has been so evil to us, but we are an immigrant family. You can decide for yourself. I've never left a public bad review before but this is INSANE.

Very unprofessional. Made appointment from 8-10 and pre-paid. By 9:59 never heard from ACS so I reached out and they said they couldn't make it until the next day due to being stuck at another job. I understand things happen but a phone call or text would have been nice. I told them I would not be using them for their business & I wanted a refund. I was told the next business day I would get a refund. Well the next day I am STILL waiting!!

Extremely poor service and techs do not know how to diagnose problem. Stay away from this company

I phoned ACS when my heat pump failed to turn on the heat on Dec 24.
The ACS tech came out, charged me $79 for a repair estimate, and inspected the thermostat and system and told me I need a new heat pump for $13K and up. I phoned Dolphin Air to come out for a second estimate. The Dolphin Air tech arrived, looked at the thermostat, and turned the heat on in less than 60 seconds. The thermostat settings were wrong. Is was a 60 second fix! The system worked great. I phoned ACS to report their tech FAILED to recognize a very basic fix and requested my $79 repair estimate be refunded. ACS has been promising a refund for over 2 months with no action! Management keeps ignoring my calls and complaints. DISPICABLE!!

A Technician came out to install a UV light in the a/c duct but didn't finish the job
We had to call them a few weeks later to remind them that the job still wasn't completed.
An appointment was set up and confirmed the day before by text but the technician came 4 hours early when no one was in..and despite the fact that I had rearrranged everything to be there at the agrred on time I was told that the technician was not going to be there as he had already been at out that day!!!
I was made to feel like it was my fault that I wasn't in at 11am instead of 3 pm.
I'm waiting to see if he turns up tomorrow and if he does a good job.
I can't blame the technician if the scheduling people are at fault although this job should have been done months ago.

Was a member of this outfit. Had an employee by the name of Emilio come to my residence. I wasn't home but he told my wife that we needed the entire air intake taken apart and cleaned. After our ""discount"" being a member. The total was $1,100. Emilio told us that it was going to be like open heart surgery and have to take it all apart to clean it. We bought into it not knowing much. Tech showed up and spent less than an hour, using a cleaning agent without taking anything apart and ac started working. Now knowing this I probably could of done this myself. Not such a open heart surgery after all. Let alone how do you justify $1,100 on an hour worth of work and $5 worth of product cleaner. Not to mention that was my ""member discount rate"". I called and asked for a manager and they never would patch me through to one. Told me that a manager would review our file. Couple days go by and they told me that the manager took $290 off of my bill. Now your telling me that 1 hr worth of work and $5 worth of product costs $810? I would have to say that their membership is a waste of money and not a trustworthy company. If you want a used cars salesmen than maybe Emilio is your guy. Take my money and lose a customer.

This company did me wrong They preyed on me They tried to sell me something i did not need I got a second opinion only to late I already agreed to the services they literally scared me into buying They did come back and take out all the equipment but charged me alot of money on a credit card they forced me into unknowing to me!! The owner will not even talk to me like they told me he would This is robbery Very disatisfied with this company I was so overcharged for things i did not need at all They told me they wanted to come for a free check on my air Well......I am not the only one they did this to stay away from acs home services

BEWARE!!! Tech tried to sale us new duct work, new unit, etc. All we needed was the capacitor replaced, which we had ask him about. His sales pitch was full of red flags. Had called this company because our regular tech couldn't get to us that night. Our regular tech came the next morning replaced the capacitor and was done in 30 minutes. Temp dropped 8 degrees in 2 hours and humidity dropped 12 % in the 2 hours. Evident our unit is working properly. Lucky we knew better and didn't get ripped off.
