Peeble W.Had called Gerald to do some small electrical work at my home. I made an appointment with him Buck couldn't make the appointment. I told him the morning of the appointment and he said that it would be better for him if he could come in the afternoon anyway. He never showed up or called. I tried to text him and call him but, to no avail. NOT RELIABLE.
