If I could give AVI 0 star, I would. I paid 30K to AVI for installing and setting up my home entertainment system. You'd think by paying that much, I would get at least get a smooth-running system. What I got was a system that kept experiencing interruptions and disruptions every other day. The owner, Raman Bahlawan, must have been here at least 30 times to fix different issues, and the system continues to have problems. It's clear to me now that nobody working at AVI really knows why the system was failing and how to fix it. It was also extremely difficult to get a hold of any sort of customer service. Nobody picks up the phone, and when somebody does, they make illogical excuses as to why I was being ignored. Please avoid AVI for your own good!

Very professional company. I will continue to do business with this company. There's a lot of people claiming they know about latest technology and know how to program, but no other like AVI. Best customer service I have seen. They even have a showroom were you can go to a check out their work. GREAT!!
