I didn't have the same experience as others unfortunately.

I had a dryer that wasn't heating. I called a repairman who said the dryer was only getting 120V and that I need to ask an electrician. I called Luis and he was very prompt and came out in a few hours even though it was Saturday.

I have concrete floors with epoxy coating that scratch easy. I asked Luis if he could move the dryer on Ram Board I provided to prevent scratching, and he said he doesn't do that. All he had to do is slide it on the cardboard I have. Instead he slid the dryer on the floor and scratched it.

He tested the outlet and showed me it's giving 240W, charged me a service fee, and said to contact the repairman again.

Frustrated, I called another repairman who did a simple jiggle on the plug and saw it was causing voltage fluctuation because the receptacle was loose. He changed the receptacle and all was well. This is what I expected Luis to do - basic troubleshooting - instead of quickly saying not his problem. Instead all I got was a $100 service fee and scratched floors from him.

Jose/Luis (same person) was excellent and took care of my issue without wasting any time at all. He immediately knew what to do, got to work right away, and even insisted on doing the heavy lifting to give full service. When I didn't have the doorbell kit, and he could see my family wasn't comfortable with going to Home Depot, he really did me a solid by grabbing it on my behalf and just asked for the cost of it - not even an upcharge! He fixed both issues in no time, and I couldn't be happier with the service, arrival time, and friendliness. I've added them to my phone for any electrician services from now on - no shopping around for me.

Luis is a wonderful person and an excellent professional. We had other quotes for our project, but when Luis came over we were blown away by all his knowledge. He answered all our questions and made us feel reassured at all times. No upselling, 100% honesty (he even caught something our builder missed and he was honest enough to let us use the warranty instead of selling his services for it...).

We couldn't be happier about the result and the whole process. Luis an his assistant installed 3 pendant lights over our kitchen island and one chandelier over the dining table. No pre-existing wiring prior this process.
