When my one-year-old a/c system failed to work, I suspected compressor failure and called the installer of my system to check it out. Rob Decker of Trabuco HVAC did check out the system and determined it was fine but not getting 240V from the main panel. So I contacted SDG&E and their customer service rep said that they don't handle anything beyond the meter so I should call an electrician.

That's when I called Bob Wallace of AceTech and asked him to check out the problem. He and Scott came over same day, checked out my a/c system, and determined that it was a faulty SDG&E feed line to the meter. So Bob called SDG&E service to explain the problem and insisted on emergency service. SDG&E crew did come over same afternoon, confirmed line problem and restored 240V feed to meter.

Meanwhile Bob of AceTech helped me upgrade a GFI outlet and checked out several other outlets. Bob didn't even want to charge me for his excellent service but I insisted on paying him a small amount of cash plus some Omaha Steaks from my freezer. Thanks AceTech for saving the day and restoring my electricity!
