Richard was outstanding!

He quickly came when I told him of a dangerous electrical problem in my kitchen. He and his co-worker assessed and resolved the situation in a thoughtful and professional way. He then called me the next morning to make sure all was good. I then hired him to fix a minor problem with the outside electrical. He arrived at appointed time and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. I will be using Acero Electric to address all of my future electrical issues and needs.

I normally don't write reviews however I did want to share my experience. I took time off from work to ensure I was available to get a ceiling fan installed.

The Good :The owner responded the same day in response for a quote to install a ceiling fan. I thought what great service which is hard to find in the Valley! Its a simple and straight forward job as I had purchased the ceiling fan and was ready for the install. He then 'scheduled' a time for the following day to complete the work. Great!

Now the not so good: I waited until 10pm with no call & no show. Keep in mind I took work off to be available. After contacting the 'owner' via Yelp, he said he called but no one answered. I guess its to much for someone to call, text or email to let them know you aren't able to do the work as scheduled. I completely understand that things come up however simply communicating would have solved the issue at hand.

I responded back inquiring if he still planned to complete the job and haven't seen a response. 2 stars is fair in this case with no follow up, a missed appointment and the job incomplete.

I wanted to replace my bathroom vanity light and ceiling light in the stair well. I called Richard and he immediately came out and quoted a fair price. I got a few more quotes but Richard was very competitive and could start right away. He did a great job and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

I just had a new circuit for A/C installed by Richard today. I found him by the word of mouth of a friend and also noticed the excellent reviews he has been getting. He held up his excellent reputations in his service today. He is right on time, and gave a honest opinion in pros and cons of different options I have. The drilling part was tougher than expected due to extra plywood used in construction. He has been patient, polite and telling jokes all along. It is a very pleasant experience and the service is well worth Five stars.

Best electrician I could have called & hired! Told him the problem which he treated as an emergency & was at my rescue immediately. Not exaggerating, he was at my home (which is near his address) within minutes. We thought the problem was ""grounding"" but it turned out to be related to one of the breakers. He didn't leave until he knew my family & I were safe. Came back to finish the next day and I ended up finding more work for him which he was happy to do. Fixed doorbell & installed ceiling fans. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended Richard. Have told my family & friends about him and will definitely be calling him for the next job. For keeping my family safe, I am forever grateful!

The best electrician ever!!!! Called Richard and he was not too far away from the house.
He arrived within 15 minutes and fixed everything. He also took the time to explain to the landlord the operation of the blown switches and fuses. He also tells pretty funny jokes at no extra charge.
