It's so rare to receive top notch customer service and I must say ACE10 over delivered! My ceiling fan light went out in my bedroom and I was referred to ACE10 by my home warranty. The customer service from the phone reps to the actual technicians was amazing!

I was able to get the ceiling fan of my choice replaced, and resolved a light switch issue I had been dealing with a few weeks all resolved in one appointment! Joe was tentative, patient, and above all did an amazing job explaining everything that he was fixing, that the fan was going, and what to expect now with the new fixes. I cannot express enough how important it is to have knowledgeable technicians who love what they do!

Very aggressive staff. Did not use their services but one of their drivers road raged on me (in a company van) when he was the one cutting me and other drivers off. Driver honked aggressively, brake checked, and flipped me off multiple times. Even followed me off my exit!

They ignore your emails about what happened and only respond when I threaten to contact the sheriff's office. Avoid this business! Terrible experience!

Caesar came out to fix an electrical problem and he was sent through Choice Home Warranty. He arrived in the timeframe stated and promptly repaired my issue. There was also minor damage to one of my appliances plugged into the damaged outlet that wasn't covered by the home warranty. Caesar went to Home Depot, got the part needed to repair my appliance and fixed it even though it wasn't covered. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was straight. Whoever runs this company should acknowledge Caesar and his great customer service skills. He's an asset to your business. I hope anyone who uses this company is lucky enough to get Caesar to be the one to come and assist you. Good looking out bro!
