Dishonest!!!! Returned to a home with no AC late at night. Ace came the next day and charged me a $1,000 for new parts and repairs, and gave me a quote for a new unit. I requested another couple quotes (just in case) and Ace was by far the highest bid.
When another company installed the new unit, they informed me that the parts that I paid for were NEVER installed.

PLEASE think twice before using this company! I have been fighting over a $2033.14 bill for the past 6 months. Their Customer Service sucks if there is a problem. If they can stick it to you they love you to death. If you complain, they ignore you. Constantly one problem after another once you let them walk through the door. You are always being told you ""need"" something else. It cost me over $400 to install a faucet that I bought. Handling this matter with the BBB Bureau currently. Will be going to media and legal counsel if this isn't resolved within 7 days.

Wow, from a 5 star experience to a two star in two years. I

I'm so upset I didn't check these current Yelp reviews first trusting my past electrical work experience. Maybe the electricians are different than the plumbers, I don't know and well promise you will never know. I'm burned at the incredible $339.00 cost for less than an 1 hour labor and one gasket ring we had replaced at our sink.

No unfortunately I was not there to meet the tech, but so goes it. All my fault.

I give them one star, and myself one star for not doing my homework. Called them to work on air conditioner. Technician installed hard start kit and capacitor, then charged me $692.95 for less than $50 worth of parts. Stupid of me for not checking before he left, good for him that I didn't because I would have thrown them in his face and buried my foot in his behind for ripping me off. I understand they make money off markup on parts, and they should, but that's downright thievery.

I had a GFI breaker go bad. I had a Federal Pacific breaker panel which are a fire hazard, but they played on that, and they were trying to steer me towards replacing it and everything out to the main from the city for $7000! I got a different Better Business Bureau A+ company that I found to fix the outlet for $350, and they are going to replace by Federal Pacific breaker panel for $1500! I am still thinking about trying to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Beware! Had a A/C unit installed in September 2016. Used them through Costco. Still waiting for my cash card! Got nothing but the run-around from them,lots of excuses but no action.Can't complain about the install, just no help after.

OVERPRICED!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON COST BEFORE CALLING THESE GUYS!

We had tried calling Workhorse Plumbing in Ocala and was diverted to Ace Solves It All based out of Orlando/Kissimmee. Ace returned our call promptly and set up a service call for the following day. The service technician ended up running a bit behind schedule. The home office/dispatch woman was great about keeping in contact and giving me updates regarding when to expect the service technician. She even offered to reschedule if we chose to do so. When I had set up the original appointment I had told the lady that our hot water heater was broken, had water shooting out the back panel and that it would need to be replaced. She informed me that the technician would go over our options and the cost after he arrived.

The technician arrived at 8:30pm, our original appointment window was between 3 and 5 pm. He was very friendly and I thanked him for coming out. This is when things turned south. I was provided with an estimate of $1600 to replace our electric hot water heater. This is a ridiculous, inflated price. I was provided an estimate of $3200 to replace it with a hybrid unit, also a ridiculous, inflated price. The cost of the electric unit is around $500, this adds $1100 for installation??

I asked the technician for a breakdown of the cost and I was told that this is the standard base price the company charges to replace the water heater. I was very disappointed that I waited hours past the originally scheduled appointment time only to be taken advantage of with an over-priced estimate.

I called Meeks Plumbing this morning and they will have a plumber out this afternoon to replace our water heater for a very reasonable $700. Our saving grace was that we had researched the cost of the water heaters so we know how much the hot water heating unit cost. Overall decent customer service but unfortunately due to their overinflated prices I will not be doing business with these folks again.

I had a simple leak on a pvc joint underground at an elbow joint. I will admit I am partly to blame for paying over $700 for a $5 dollar part and about an hours worth of labor, but I was between a rock and hard place with it being the weekend. I should have said no thanks, paid him the $65 service call fee and tried to call someone else.

I asked him how much they charge to do a simple snake clean out on roots, and he said $400. At that point I knew I had made a grave error but it was too late, the work had been done.

If I wasn't selling the house and had a buyer coming the next day I probably would have passed but being under pressure I failed. I hate to give anyone a one star rating but I am telling all consumers that this company is gouging people.

In my estimation, this repair should have cost about $300 tops. If there's a sucker born every minute, then I'm guilty as charged but I still have to speak my mind about my experience.

I called to get a toilet unclogged. After 2 attempted snakes the tech stated I would need a new toilet and he recommended the $1000 fix. He said in 2-3 days it would be clogged again. He charged us $227 and asked if he would get 5 stars for his service. What???? I called to complain about not having value meet the mark of the amount paid. Customer service called and said they would call back in 24 hrs. No one has ever called me back. Awful company!
