I had a simple leak on a pvc joint underground at an elbow joint. I will admit I am partly to blame for paying over $700 for a $5 dollar part and about an hours worth of labor, but I was between a rock and hard place with it being the weekend. I should have said no thanks, paid him the $65 service call fee and tried to call someone else.

I asked him how much they charge to do a simple snake clean out on roots, and he said $400. At that point I knew I had made a grave error but it was too late, the work had been done.

If I wasn't selling the house and had a buyer coming the next day I probably would have passed but being under pressure I failed. I hate to give anyone a one star rating but I am telling all consumers that this company is gouging people.

In my estimation, this repair should have cost about $300 tops. If there's a sucker born every minute, then I'm guilty as charged but I still have to speak my mind about my experience.

I called to get a toilet unclogged. After 2 attempted snakes the tech stated I would need a new toilet and he recommended the $1000 fix. He said in 2-3 days it would be clogged again. He charged us $227 and asked if he would get 5 stars for his service. What???? I called to complain about not having value meet the mark of the amount paid. Customer service called and said they would call back in 24 hrs. No one has ever called me back. Awful company!

This HVAC contractor ostensibly endorsed by COSTCO prices itself out of any market in Central Florida at the same time telling you they are competitively priced. My AC was out its 95. degrees out, I'm ill and elderly. Long story short: I took them at their word....could not cancel during the four day period because no one would answer my emails and calls. I paid 7000. for equipment that I could have had done for as little as 3300. Do not even call these people. They take advantage of especially the elderly and infirm.
The workers here were outstanding but management is not responsive and wrong equipment was sent. The job is not quite finished and I have been promised a return phone call but like their salesman they will not return my call. Oh they got their money from finance outfit so I'm not sure if I will ever have my job completed. The entire experience has been unbelievable despite charging about double any other company. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Scam. We were getting a quote for other work and had a leaky faucet. I figured it was a 10 minute fix (I did another one in about that time), so I asked to have it priced too. A quote of $267 to fix a leaky faucet. I could buy the entire faucet assembly 3 times over for that price.

We called, made an appointment between 5pm-7pm. And waited...and waited. No phone call, nothing. Called at 6:45pm only to be told that they would call us and let us know. Then 7:30pm...still no call. The girl on the phone was rude, never once apologized and we just got a bad feeling about the way they run the company. Why not phone and say you will be late? Why not reschedule instead of keeping your customer sitting there wondering for 2.5 hours? Not cool! So we ended up cancelling and going elsewhere. Avoid them - they are not worth the annoyance.

Horrible customer service! Had three appointments scheduled during my two days off of work. Electric technician shows up 30 minutes after his two hour scheduled window. A/C technician never showed up. I waited until an hour after the two hour scheduled window to call their office , and then someone actually called the technician to find out where he was. The next day I had a plumbing technician scheduled between 10 and 12. I received a call from ACE at 1:20 telling me the technician was on his was way. Technician didn't show up until 3:15. I turned the technician away when he arrived and told him I would not be using this company for any services. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

on july 6 I called to explain all that I needed done inside my mobile home. I will give them one star for being almost prompt but only to over charge me thousands of dollars for something I don't believe I really needed that two other electrical companies have (unafiualy) have told me I paid 4,000 to much.now they are refusing to send to me the work order that I have phoned then asking many times because they did not do one thing on that order they know that what I called about was never touched after ted found 5,288.00 work he led me to believe must be done befor he could do anything I ask to be done he then had the nerve to tell us that NOW ALL YOU NEED IS AN ELECTRICIAN. He was quite right because he was more of a crook than anything else.yes I am going to the news and an attorney.with this company you cant be careful,you need to get more than there openion

I had a 30A breaker that needed to be replaced. I didn't want to mess around inside the panel myself, so I removed the panel cover and called Ace. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would normally be on my way to writing a good review. Unfortunately, the cost was outrageous. Remember, I had narrowed the issue to the breaker before calling, so it literally took 5 minutes for the technician to confirm. He then snapped out the old breaker and snapped in the new breaker; that took another 3 minutes. The part costs anywhere between $10 and $25 (I have since checked). The costs to me: $69 fee to park in my driveway, plus $231 to confirm it was the breaker, plus $304 to snap in the new breaker to the panel! The technician was great and I wish I could use him again; however, the overcharging by he company is ridiculous and, in my opinion, is highway robbery. I recommend calling a different electrician, I know I will next time.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Buyer beware they refused to give us the shop prices. We wanted a basic kitchen sink install and a baseline should be provided. It is understood that it may cost a little more for unexpected issues. 430! For not even an hours work, just labor! Your kidding. We regret this after doing further research. We already paid 199 for the parts. This is outrageous. plumber also was unprofessional did not have cleaning solutions or towels with him.

I was having my pool heater replaced and the pool company said I needed an electrician to hook it up. I called ACE Solves It All. They came out and gave me a quote of $1300!!!! Please remember the circuit panel and wires were already there, all they had to do was connect the wires to the new unit. I told him he was crazy. I thought he had done something wrong. He assured me that was the price, even called his supervisor and they both agreed. I told him to get lost. They still charged me $69 to give me the quote!!!! I called Terry's Electric. They came out the next day. In 20 minutes he was done. Total price....$80.00!!!!! Everything works perfect. BE CAREFUL USING ACE SOLVES IT ALL. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
