I purchased a semi-converted shed with the hope of running electrical to it in order to make an office where I could write. I gathered bids, and Ace's bid was very fair and beat the rest. I was clear with what I wanted, and Ace went to work. There were some big items on the list, i.e. trenching through the yard to run electrical, connecting the fuse box, adding more lights inside, running enough power for a new AC system. Ace handled everything like a pro. But what made him stand out was his attention to detail. He fixed mistakes past electricians had made on the shed. He stapled the wires and made everything to code. He even put silicone on the top of a porch light he installed in case any water got to it. These are the details I would have overlooked, but Ace did not. I paid him in full, and he still came out to add a bracket that wasn't the right size after the job was done. I will be using Ace in the future and I suggest you do to.

NO CALL - NO SHOW! ""Ace"" with Ace prophet services, Llc was not reliable! We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to have our new dining room light installed. Two days before the appointment I sent Ace a text, confirming our appointment and received no reply... one day before our appointment I texted again, Ace replied and confirmed he'd be here at 10:00 the next morning. That very same evening Ace called and said ""man, my brakes are really bad"" my reply was ""...and?"" ""my brakes are really bad and I'm not going to be able to make it... I have to bring my truck to the shop tomorrow... I mean they are really bad, metal against metal... I'll try to make it later in the day, or can we do Wednesday"" I replied, ""No, we can't do Wednesday, I took tomorrow off from work"" Ace then stated ""I never got the signed proposal back from you"" and then went on to say ""Oh, I guess I never sent you one."" The day of the install came and 10:00 came and went - no call, no show - I sent text messages and he never replied until I told him we no longer needed him, and I'd be leaving feedback at Yelp where we found him.

Had a brand new gfci outlet installed in my restroom. Ace was available on short notice and got the job done quickly despite the extra difficulty of running wire through wall studs. Pricing was reasonable as well - I highly recommend his services!

Ace was a great communicator, quick and easy to schedule service with and I will be using him again. He install a ceiling fan for us in our living room. The fan was making a sound and he made sure to tell me about it and he even took the time to troubleshoot the sound (not his job to diagnose fan noise from a brand new fan). I was very happy with his service And I highly recommend him.

Ace added some outlets for me and did a great job. He was able to add outlets with no damage to my walls. The job ended up being more complicated but Ace was able to figure it out

We called several fireplace services because our fireplace was not igniting. One guy looked at our fireplace and couldn't fix it. Then he said to call an Electrician and gave us an invoice for $80.00. :-( We reached out to three electricians with no success. One electrician wanted $165 an hour and that was ONLY for a diagnostic (no labor work). The other electrician was supposed to call me back and never did. The third electrician was booked and couldn't help us. Luckily, we found Ace prophets and we were shocked by how GOOD their rates were! They came out THAT day and fixed our issue with our fireplace really FAST! It's good to find honest electricians that don't overcharge and accommodate your schedule. Will definitely use them again.
