Ace/Carl grossly overcharged my job for materials and labor. Not sure why and is disappointing given their previous decent reviews.

Having problems with a number of electrical connections, including the main circuit beaker panel, I called Ace Electric based on the very high recommendations on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Master Electrician Carl asked for some details on my electrical problems. He said he would be over that afternoon to take a look. Well, he did a lot more than that! He fixed the main problem and then tackled three other serious difficulties I had, including outdoor post lights and other circuits. He was extremely knowledgeable, fixing everything with expertise. In fact, he had his son with him that he was mentoring this summer. His intricate detail in ""teaching"" was so interesting that I found myself following along to watch everything. Being a ""Master"" is more that just a title, and Carl demonstrated that in everything he did. Carl deserves all five stars and more.

We just had Carl's team come out to our house to install two bathroom exhaust fans. They were incredibly helpful, on time and pleasant to work with. They were able to squeeze in an additional ask from us as well as answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend this company enough and love knowing a good electrician to refer my friends and family to and use again in the future!

Nothing gets your attention like the words ""fire hazard"" but thats exactly what brought us to searching for a master electrician. We recently had our siding replaced and the electrical box hasn't been re-attached to our house AND our AC unit had tripped the breaker and burnt out.

We received Carl's # from a family friend of 30 yrs & within the hour he was at our home. Not only was he able to address the issue and assure us that all was well after a few changes, he corrected the issue the AC company caused and prevented even further problems by teaching the tech we needed different amperage. Talk about being the right person with the right tools to get TWO jobs done. We certainly won't be using anyone else moving forward!

This business is absolutely one of the most genuine and pleasant ones I've hired. They hung two outdoor fans and replace three outdoor wall lamps in front with some I had ordered online . It's veteran run and the prices are extremely competitive. They do great work but most importantly they show up on time and don't make excuses like other companies I've worked with . I recommend them to all the people asking for an electrician on Nextdoor app in my neighborhood because I know they won't make me look bad and will deliver what they promise .
