We are the second owners of our home that had an HVAC installed by ACE in 2016 that had a 10 year warranty. Had a part go bad and because we are not the original owners, they said that they would only honor a five year warranty. Needless to say, what should have cost us a service call ended up costing us 700 dollars. Be aware that they will only cover your air conditioner for half the warranty if you are the second owner. I wonder if we were the third owner if they would have changed it to only a 2 year warranty.

If I could give them a ""0"" I would. My air went out Friday (8/6/21) I have used this company before; as a matter of fact they sold me the unit. So yes they came right away......told me it would not be to my advantage to put $$$ into repair as it was low and Freon (4 lbs) and other issues. Wanted to charge me 6,500 to 7,000 for a new unit. I said I'd wait and when I did have it looked at by someone else this was what they found. Freon was not low at all, fan and motor were the issue and no need to replace unit. As of today 8/9/21 I am $7,00.00 richer and have air that works.

I consider this ""elder abuse"" as I am a senior. I was stressed with the heat in the house at 90 and climbing. I feel they tried to take advantage of me!

Well once again excellent and fast service from Ace Air Conditioning. My a/c stopped working and I have 5 dogs that can't be in the heat. It went out around 8:00 pm and the tech was here by 9:00 am next morning!!!! Within 15 minutes he had me up and running. Thanks again !!!!!!!

Stay far away. I paid $3000 for a new AC unit with a 10 year warranty. In order to keep my warranty, Ace AC had to service my condenser and air handler each year for the 10 years. They NEVER touched my air handler. It is completely destroyed and recent inspection by the health department claims I should not even be living in this house!
There is 10 years of mold growing on my handler and blowing through my house. Ace refuses to answer any phone calls from me or the Better Business Bureau. Which in itself is crazy because they will now be paying thousands in an injury court case.
Also, they are now hiding out on Brannen Road, so don't think it's a different business.
