Terry was extremely professional and is COVID friendly. He wore a mask and provided a fist bump upon arrival. He evaluated the issue and provided a solution quickly. He had the equipment, tools and parts on hand to make the repairs. Highly recommend him and will use him for future work.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. Terry came out on a Sunday to help us with this major electrical problem. We had a short somewhere and a good portion of my downstairs was without power. He came right out, was professional and helped explain what was going on here and why we had the problem. He was wonderful. I really was apprehensive about calling an electrician on an emergency call but he did what he could to make it less costly and i feel so much better knowing that my wiring is now safe. He even encouraged us to text him and let him know if we needed any additional help in the future. Very reputable company and I would definitely call him back if we ever have any future problems!!

I found Terry on yelp today. When I called his number he never indicated his company or said his company name and seemed annoyed his phone rang. I let that go as he has good reviews on yelp. He agreed to take a look at our electrical issue before the end of the day. My wife met him at the door. He was in shorts and t-shirt, gave her no ID or information. He proceeded to ask her questions and not listen to the answers she was providing. He asked her the same question 3 times. He took a look at our outlets found a GFI outlet we couldn't find buried in the basement. He enabled the outlet and tested that the rest was working. He was here less than 20 minutes and charged us $195 dollars. I am not sure what normal rates are but that seemed a bit much. I am giving him 3stars because he arrived within 2 hours of our call and he found the problem and seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the way older homes in the area were built. He solved the problem but wouldn't be my first call.

I have never had a better experience with an electrician. Terry was very professional both prior to and during his visit. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to properly diagnose and correct our problem. On top of that, he was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

I have never written a review before in my life but after this experience I have to! Truth is, it's hard to find good customer care now a days. That is certainly not the case with this company. I had a kitchen outlet that almost caused a fire from bad wiring. I called and actually got a person on the phone ;) which was a good start. They came out quickly and were In and out in no time. The guy was so nice and very professional. He answered all my questions and gave advice on some other things that I could look into for future improvements. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
