After having a lot of trouble finding A/C Heating company that would not gauge us and did quality work (had to go outside of home warranty companies because they were all bad), we landed on Accutemp. They came out and serviced both of our units, told us the areas they saw previously shoddy work done, fix those issues, and then came back a few weeks later when air was blowing warm and found a wire that was missed causing the issue, fixed it and did not charge. So far so good with this company. Both times the techs were very helpful and covered everything needed to know with my wife.

Actually, I would give them no stars, I made an appointment with them and they never showed up. I had to lose 2 hours of pay form their careless error and then they deny the appointment, I would NEVER recommend this company!

AC went out so we called and we had a 5:30 appointment, they were here right on the dot. The young man was quick, pleasant, and happy to answer any questions we had. After the lackluster service we received last year from another company, it was refreshing to have this level of service and even the cost was less than anticipated!
