We called AccuTemp to come out and unplugged a kitchen sink drain not draining. We waited for half a day for someone to come only to find they wanted to charge us $443.00 for a job not complete. The technician was not knowledgeable and after 40 minutes of snaking the drain it was still clogged. He left and told us the line has to be hydro jet for additional costs that might be $600. Completely unfair pricing and not knowledgeable tech. My problem was not solved after two hours at a cost of $443. Accutemp is false advertising since plumbing is not part of their forte. We called another company and had the problem resolve in 30 minutes at half the price.

I have personally recommended to Accutemp over a dozen customers and all of them have been very satisfied in the HVAC/A/C repair business. it's very competitive and each company is trying to undercut another company to get your business any way they can. You know the old saying you get what you pay for, well that's exactly what we get each time we call Josh Davis over at Accutemp. Thanks, Josh.

Had an issue with my AC. The AC technician cleared my line but a plumber was also needed tho clear another line in the attic. The techs arrived the same day and were super professional. Even turned my water heater down as it was set to a scalding temperature. Would highly recommend!!

My water heater quit working so I requested service from these guys to come out and fix it. Jeremy was personable enough and managed to get the unit to relight, but didn't do any diagnostic to figure out why it stopped working in the first place. Over night the water heater stopped working again so I'm right back where I started from, no hot water and $69 poorer. Not impressed with the service.

Disappointed. Guy came out cleaned out the return on both units, changed a connector on 1unit and a capacitor on another for $1100-1300. Ac repair got to be the biggest thieves ever. Stay as far away from these guys as possible .wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Called to get my AC fixed and had Justin come out the next day he gave me a price which was a bit high but I was ready to pay to get me and my 2 year old son out of the summer heat
Sure enough he was only able to put some kind of jumper cables and still tried to charge me so I had to call back to get someone else to come out because my air did not work at all still then when she came out I was told I needed a new system which cost $7500-$15000
I told her no then I had to get someone else out here to get a new system up and running for wayyyyy lower the price and I got better work done
And now today I get an invoice because they think I owe them $15 lol this company isn't worried about you just how much they make

We called accutemp Wednesday advised them we needed an electrician to come out and take care of our fire suppressant system's microchip (per the fire suppressant company) accutemp took our information and then contacted us back to make the appt and confirm it for Friday 9am. I received a call 1.5 hr before they were supposed to come out to tell me I need to contact the fire suppressant company to ask if they have someone to come out for the job.

This could have easily been informed to me when I called to make the appointment.
The fire suppressant company already came out to do their part and only the electrician needs to come out to complete the microchip side. The fact that they had to call me back Wednesday to set up and confirm the appointment made me feel that they knew what they were coming out to do. Sadly, that's not the case. They didn't even make an attempt to come out to see what was supposed to be done. But now I know, Accutemp is false advertising since electrician is not part of their forte.

Easy to set up an appointment and the technician arrived on time. On the negative side, they employ aggressive sales tactics and their prices are at least 10 times higher compared to similar businesses in the local area.

We hired them to come diagnose and fix our home generator. After 3 appointment misses due to rain and lack of them communicating they finally came out to look at it. He said it would cost $600 to fix and ordered a few parts. Took weeks to get the follow up appointment after they stated the parts were in. He came to install said parts then claimed we needed a new starter which we ordered and said he would come put it in. As of now it's been 2 months since we ordered the starter and he refuses to answer our calls and texts. We've been patient and understanding but I have a daughter that has special needs we require a running generator to handle her equipment when the power is out. I'm very frustrated with the way we've been treated.
