Business model is solid. Great communication and fast acting. I got 4 quotes for the job, 3 from other companies. The first three were between $700 - $1100. Their quote made my jaw drop. It was more than $5000. I don't seen how running a line 50 feet can differ that much. Like I said great business model but if they are looking for business they should work on better estimates.

Accurate Electrical Service are an A-1organization. From my 1st call through the repair & paperwork they are an company. The tech, Mike, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The dispatcher, Cheri, was so helpful. She understood how desperate I was and made it all come together, following up before and after the service call. I would highly recommend Accurate for any electrical service you may have.

Well, I wrote a lengthy glowing review yesterday of my experience with Accurate and went to Post it. I had to sign in to Yelp, and it disappeared.

However, this is the second time I've used Accurate Electric because I was so pleased with their work installing a ceiling fan in my second bedroom. This time I had an Electric Fan for the Livingroom, with at least 10 ceilings and 2 art lights installed. Mike and Eddy arrived exactly at 10:30 (my service window was 10:30 to 12:00). They were incredibly polite and friendly, put on their little 'booties' and came upstairs to assess the job. While they were doing this, Eddie got up on a ladder where I had an art light pointed at my flat screen t.v. (used to be a picture there). We realized we could swivel the light, so he did.. not only saved me the install of a 3rd light, but he wiped off the schmutz that somehow was on the can.

Mike gave me the estimate which included all labor and parts. Had I not approved it, the fee would have been a mere $59.00. I agreed to the fee and they got started right away. after they marked the ceiling for locations, they called me to get my approval. Mike had to assemble the ceiling fan as well. Eddie got up into the attic to find the wires from my other lights and at one point, when he was installing the canned lights, he pointed out that the new ones were different than the ones I had and might leave scratches on the ceiling. Very nice to let me know!!

These guys moved my furniture, covered everything, cleaned up everything and took all the trash to the dumpster. They were an absolute delight to work with. I will definitely use them again!

p.s. Mike pointed out I had a leak under my hot water faucet in the guest bathroom
p.s.s. - I am no longer in their service area, but since I was a returning client, they will continue to work with me!!

I was so impressed with Accurate when they came to my house. I needed to have my heater and air conditioner check out to make sure they were working properly. The technician was so helpful in answering questions about my unit I never knew and explaining to me how to work my heater more efficiently. A few days after the visit i even received a thank you note in the mail with at $25 gift card towards my next service.
I am so happy to know about Accurate!

I needed some electrical servicing for my home and researched online for a reliable company. I found Accurate Electrical Plumbing and Air Conditioning Co and couldn't be happier to have chosen them to do my electrical needs. I highly recommend anyone else who might need electrical / heating / air conditioning / plumbing needs to contact them as they are very professional, courteous and do a great job!

I scheduled an appointment and made sure I was available for the day and even got a text the day prior confirming the arrival. When the day came nobody arrived to check my water heater and wiring, instead they gave me a call to tell me it would be $450 to have someone come out and would require a longer appointment for a different date and gave me bogus quotes over the phone without even coming to see what the issue is. This is unprofessional and laziness. I told the rep there are plenty of other companies out there. I can't believe Home Depot has them as a contractor.

My favorite new go to plumbing/heating/air/electric Company. They are courteous, on time and honest. I had a clogged kitchen drain and the company sent over Chad. He was the nicest and most efficient plumber i have ever met. Handled the problem quick and was pleasant to talk to.
I am glad there are still nice honest people who care enough about a plumbing situation to make you feel like your not just another customer.

This company is by far the best I have ever worked with!!
We did a total re-wire & a total re-plumbing!
First off, the office staff are just super nice & wonderful! The guys on the job? I can't say enough! To have seven guys working under one roof for over a week & all you hear is laughter & respect for each other & no profanity what's so ever! They are a true blessing!!
Don't go anywhere else!! Accurate is it!!!
