I asked a friend for a recommendation for a ""handyman"". She does not recommend people easily, but without hesitation, she gave me Greg's information. Greg is wonderful as a general contractor and human being. His work is precise, very professional, and he truly cares about the end product. I remember when I first met with him he mentioned that his reputation is behind every project. He cares deeply about the quality of work completed and it shows. Greg fixed/replaced all of the dry rot on our pergola and facia around the house. Those were our initial big projects. He then helped us with installation of replacement lights around the house/pergola as well as a new fixture on the side of our house for security purposes. He also helped us with a bathroom tile issue as well as replacing a carbon monoxide detector. Greg cares about keeping you informed during the project and will also take before/after photos of places around the house that you cannot see, e.g., top of the pergola and facia. He is very patient in answering questions and encourages questions by making certain that you know what is going on. He also checks in and will follow up on items without our asking. It is nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about their work/final product. Greg is someone who is very communicative and an overall kind/honest human being. He is mindful of costs associated with each project. There is no upsell here. You will be happy in working with Greg because of the quality of his work as well as his integrity. We couldn't be happier working with Greg, and I intend to work with Greg on future projects, i.e., wish list of remodeling projects around the house. Thank you, Greg!

my husband and I have been wanting to remodel our bathroom for quite sometime, we had a few people come to give us estimates and felt like they were just after our money. I absolutely recommend giving Greg a call. We were on a tight schedule to get our house ready to sell. Greg responded quickly, and squeezed us into his schedule. Over four days, he was able to do 28 different tasks around the house to get us ready. Examples include: staining our front door, replacing most of our outlets and switches, installing a new drain stopper, replacing lighting (interior and exterior), and replacing a chewed single. Everything turned out beautifully!

Fantastic Service! I threw a long list of items that needed work and he solved all of them in one visit: (1) front door was hitting the door frame and needed realignment/lock adjustment; (2) the gate lock for the backyard needed to be reinstalled; (3) light switch panel in the kitchen was sparking - safety issue - needed replacement; (4) 4-way light switch in the hallway was not installed correctly by the builder so had to reconfigure; (5) same #4 but in the hallway. I reached him on a Sunday..he came on Friday at 10:30am and left by 5:30pm...and crushed it. As you can see he covered a range of issues and was very professional/upfront/fast...you name it he nailed it.
