Nate was amazing! We've had ongoing problems with Comcast for months, 8 tech visits, and the last time, they told us we had a ""grounding issue"" which was causing ""feedback"". So we called Acco Electric. Nate came out and checked, our grounding is fine, and he found the problem (Comcast screw-up, of course) within fifteen minutes! He showed it to me so I can go back to Comcast and get them to fix it, is doing an ""official"" e-mail, with diagrams, to show Comcast, and didn't charge us a penny!! His card is on our wall, and we will go straight to Acco, and only Acco, for any electrical problems we have in future. Thank you so much, Nate and Acco!

Nate and his guys are the best electricians in the Bay Area, hands down! Incredibly professional, efficient, and good-natured, they provide high quality excellent service all around. We have worked with them numerous times and have never once been disappointed. They are our go-to electricians!

We've used Nate and his crew for several jobs, including recess lighting and sound system installation. On the latter, he has been very accessible when we have problems figuring out how to work our new music system. Dealing with the owner Nate is nothing but a pleasure and had his guys at my house when he said they would be there. Nate and his crew worked on our remodel and did a fantastic job. He was not the cheapest but like most things you get what you pay for. His guys (Mike, Jeff and Ben) are super friendly and know their stuff.

I had Acco Electric out twice to do some work on my home in San Anselmo. Like other electricians, they know how to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix problems and they did this quickly and efficiently on both calls. My advice for other customers is that they ask for an invoice and initial the sign-in and sign-out times, because of problems I had with billing. The first call was fine - it took them ten minutes to diagnose and fix the problem and we received a bill for the minimum amount of time for a house call, which is one hour. The second call took less than one hour, but we received a bill for three hours of work. I emailed Nate, the owner, about the issue and he begrudgingly lowered my bill. I guess I got a fair deal in the end, but it took more effort than I would have liked.
