Ken came out in the pouring rain because my fridge was not working. Serviced my electrical panel (which really needed it) and fixed the problem. Straight shooter, quick and efficient. Also charged me for a regular service call rather than the higher emergency rate!

I switched from a gas stove to an electric and the electric stove tripped the breaker when the installers tried to test it. Ken found that the wiring in the 3-prong stove outlet was hooked up incorrectly.

What I liked about having Ken look into the issue was that he was a straight shooter and always cut to the chase. He was also very upfront about his labor rates and minimums. He didn't make promises, and instead made sure you knew the different scenarios you were looking at.

I also was glad he was focused on safety. Part of that was through his clear communication, the other was for his genuine concern. For instance, when he saw that there wasn't an end cap on our gas line from the old stove, he made sure to buy and install one while he was buying other parts he needed for repairing the stove outlet. He also made sure to tighten up all of the switches and things in the panel to spec.

It took two visits, but he didn't charge me for the first one since he saw from the first visit that he'd have to come back with a helper to do the job. When he was finished, he fully tested the stove and even set the clock on it.

I just had an excellent experience with AC3 and recommend them highly. The overhead lights in the living room had suddenly gone out and it was not the circuit breakers. Matt and Ken diagnosed the problem quickly and easily, fixed it efficiently. Everything about the experience was professional but also easy-going, kind, and re-assuring. He has a 2 hour minimum. My job took him an hour. With a little bit more research, I found electricians that were friendlier and that could do the work for less (no time minimums).

I contacted Ken to install 3 more outlets in my garage. I contacted him on a Tuesday, and he came for the consult the next day and we scheduled for him to come back on Friday. I am appreciative that he was able to complete my request quickly.

Extremely professional and very informative; took the time to answer and clarify all my questions. Very responsive and communicated with me throughout the whole process.
