Called for a quote to have our air conditioner replaced and within 2 days the job was completed. Very professional service and friendly service technicians. Testing and how use of the new system was completed before leaving as well as help with setting up the mobile app for the thermostat.

Pricing was fair and less than other companies in the local Orange County area

We had a full replacement from an old 16 year old leaking 3 ton Lennox AC unit to a a new 4 ton Lennox AC and ultra low nox furnace with AC Volt. Everything was replaced including the line set necessary to support the increased tonnage. While shopping I got 7 different estimates and only considered the companies that sent a person over to actually look at my hvac and space.
AC Volt was the most thorough in analyzing what the issue is and what I needed. They were clear on what needed to be replaced and options I had either staying with the 3 ton or going up to a 4 ton system and the expectation of each when installed.
AC Volt was not the most expensive and also not the cheapest. My range of installers were between wholesale hvac distributors with ""I have a number of someone that can install for you"" to Costco with a price deviation of almost a used car!
We are happy and lucky we decided on AC Volt. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and worked the full day. They solved installation challenges even to the point of drywall work to fit the new furnace in where the old one stood. There was no renegotiation on price and everything was just done to without question.
The crew worked two full days on the installation with all the unforeseen challenges. They were courteous, polite, and very clean. It was clear they went the extra mile to make sure the installation was done right.
The new HVAC now works exactly as they promised! The installation looks great.

Absolutely horrible service. They came out and wasted all of our time! We were going to do large jobs with them. They don't answer their phones, their management could care less about customer service!!!!

My AC unit went out and I needed an estimate AC Volt came out to my home for FREE and assisted me with getting my unit replaced and working in a short period of time I have had my AC for three years now and never had any issues but am planning on getting maintenance asap because it's been so hot!! I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their AC or even needing a replacement.

Si esto este Review le ayuda a alguien ya es ganancia... Contrate está compañía para remplazar mi systema de aire acondicionado. Son latinos y anuncian en español so me sentí en confianza con ellos. Despues de la instalación la maquina trabajo algunas semanas, después me empezó a fallar el systema. Los intente de contactar y no contestaban los teléfonos. Después el dueño Mario por fin contesto pero se portó muy prepotente y nos dijo que iban a venir a revisar el problema. Esperando varios días y jamás devolvieron la llamada. Perfecto ejemplo de que el enemigo de otro latino es otro latino nos cobraron 13000 dólares y se fueron. Llamamos a otra compañía local, vinieron el mismo día y después de unas horas resolvieron el problema y nos dijieron que el problema avía Sido una mala instalación. Nos uses está compañía

I finally heard back from someone. Left a voicemail 1 week ago then reached out again and got a quick response ""sorry can't help you on this request"". It would have been nice to receive a response last week rather be ignored. In addition, the scope I asked for a price on does supposedly fall under their description of services (electrical and solar repair) so, I now feel like they weren't interested. It would have been different if they at least asked for more details of the work I needed done. I gave 2 stars since they at least responded quickly on my 2nd attempt.

First, Sasha answered there telephone on Sunday, the day before Monday July 4th (holiday) and Second, the tech repaired the HVAC by Tuesday morning. I appreciate your commitment to excellent service. The experience by ACV showed good communication, a patient technician and an efficient scheduler. Lastly, a detailed assessment was communicated after the repairs was completed. Thank You

UPDATE: When they connected the new wiring into our electrical panel, I thought they accidentally unplugged the Sense device.

Nope! Turns out that they CUT THE WIRE TO IT. They literally cut the wires running to our Sense and never said anything to us or reconnected it when they finished. WHO DOES THAT!?
