If I could give AC Pros ten stars, I would. It is far and away the best HVAC company in Los Angeles, and I should know. In 2022, I bought an apartment that turned out to have no heat or air conditioning. The next year and a half of my life - during which I was sometimes freezing and sometimes roasting - was dedicated to finding someone to fix whatever wasn't working. In all, I hired twelve HVAC services. They all looked at my HVAC system, shrugged, and left.

Then, just when I was giving up hope, I was connected with AC Pros. Unlike any of the other services, AC Pros quickly and methodically analyzed my HVAC system, determined the problem, and - after ordering the necessary supplies - fixed it in a few hours. I am thrilled to have heat and air for the first time in my new apartment!

Not to mention that the AC Pros owner and technicians are personable and a delight to work with.

I needed a new HVAC system for my house. AC Pros came back with the best bid out of 4 competitors. I scheduled an appointment and met with Noam at my property. He was on time and spent over one hour going over the installation plan. He walked through each room and described his plans in great detail. He was so respectful and a great listener. He made sure to listen to my tenant's opinion on the specific placement of the vents. His workers were very nice and knew what they were doing throughout the entire project. Mariam works for AC Pros and she was in charge of billing and kept me up to date with the project. The project was completed on time and we passed the city inspection. I would use AC Pros again and would definitely refer them to my family and friends.

He gave great suggestions and solutions as to where to put the unit and vents. He has a crew that were courteous and very pleasant to work with throughout the project. Noam went above and beyond to please me the owner. I can tell Noam and AC Pros wants to make sure the customer is happy in the end. You don't find too many companies like this anymore, but I did with AC Pros. Even Miriam in the office is kind and communicates well with me the owner. AC Pros pricing was very affordable as I shopped 3 other companies and he came in the most competitive. This is an A+ company because they know how to treat their customer. The AC and heater works perfectly! I am beyond ecstatic to say the least with the product and service! Please give them a shot - you won't regret it! Great job AC Pros!

This is an outstanding company and I am thrilled with the work they did for me. They have a great office staff and great technicians. The owner is extremely fair and a total professional. They can take care of a variety of HVAC issues as well as in my case creating an amazing stainless steel sleeve to hide some unsightly dryer vent duct. Awesome work and friendly and reliable service. Noam & his team are top notch. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. I had a major problem with inadequate cooling from a heat pump that surfaced at the worst possible time, at the height of the recent heat wave. Unlike other companies I contacted, AC Pros was available & willing to come on short notice. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and corrected the problem, as well as providing a thorough inspection & evaluation of the whole system, even to the point of correcting other minor issues. Pricing was more than fair. Noam himself has in-depth knowledge of these systems-he clearly knows his stuff & it shows in the quality of the work. This company definitely deserves consideration when choosing an AC service outfit. They are now my go-to provider for this type of work. I give them a solid 6 stars.

Wound up deciding to replace my heat pump & air handler for larger capacity units. Noam & his team completed the work on a Saturday morning to accommodate my work schedule. The installation was flawless, no mess and everything works perfectly, very timely with cooler weather here. Noam also spotted a potentially unsafe dryer vent in my garage & rerouted it. Very professional work all around.

When Noam is in town, AC Pros is as good at it gets... When he is out of town, AC Pros is an absolute disaster!

We used AC Pros a few months ago and they completely exceeded our expectations. Noam came up with a creative solution that significantly extended the life of an older HVAC unit.

Noam understands business, he understands how important it is to have heating and cooling, he understands what it means to call for approval before doing work, he understands the need to accurately and honestly communicate the service call price before showing up... Noam is first rate.

In stark contrast, with Noam out of town, his staff:
1) Does not provide accurate service call prices before showing up.
2) Does not request approval before doing work.
3) And, can't tell if a unit is failing to work because it lacks external power or it has an internal short.

To add insult to injury, when we disputed the bill, they went back to the property and took out the replacement parts... rendering the air conditioning unusable again.

These are serious issues for anyone seeking consistent professional services...

Doing business with AC Pros on days when Noam is not available is a risk I will never take again.

So I know I am not an elite yelper and so this might not register but I need to express how impressed I am with this company. They went above, beyond and extra to make sure our business was fixed during the hottest week of the summer. Here is what else they did, when one part wasn't right on a Friday, these peeps came back on Saturday, in the middle of the hot day, went up on the roof and finished the job. These guys are the real deal. Oh yeah, also $1000 cheaper than another company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. A few years back in an old apartment, AC Pros did some work on the building. When I called today, she could hear the desperation in my voice. During this major heat wave, they sent me a tech within hours of my hysterically crying phone call. We'd had no air yesterday when it was 112 degrees into the night and we have a baby, toddler and a tween. AC Pros completely came to my rescue and had the issue fixed within a half hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
