I purchased an older mobile home last September, As the Winter set in and now the rain in March, I found myself needing several specialists and the latest was HVAC. I had no local names to call, so I turned to Yelp. I am so glad I did. AC Kings treated the multiple heating and future cooling problems I had with expert care. My home feels cozy and warm and I can relax that the system is set to provide the best possible HVAC for me.
The things I appreciated the most from Oscar and his team were:
1. Excellent communication - I was in the loop for all that was being done which will help me to understand my system better over time.
2. Fastidiousness - I walked the area where the work was done and it was beautiful.
3. Knowledgeable - Each team member communicated with each other and Oscar to provide the best possible end result.

As a real estate adviser and investor, i'm always on the lookout for the best trusted people in the business! Good quality, honest work is very hard to find! Most service companies are out to rip you off. AC Kings were highly recommended and they delivered! They were very responsive and scheduled the job in a timely manner. Everyone else said the HVAC had to be replaced, but AC Kings fixed it! They saved us 10K!! And the day the HVAC needs to be replaced AC Kings will get my business! Beyond grateful to have found your company. After many searches and phone conversation with other companies I went with AC Kings. Job was for a leak in the house AC unit that was installed by another company many years ago. The unit was leaking water through my living room celling. I was told by my past AC company that a Release valve was installed to drain the excess water from the AC unit. When AC Kings showed up they showed me videos and pictures that no release valve was ever placed and only PVC pipes were installed by previous company.

Previous vendor had taken advantage of my family after spending over $15,000. AC Kings showed me videos / pictures of what needed to be done, quoted me a very fair price for the work, And installed and repaired the issue that same day. Knock on wood, haven't had issues for over two months. I do understand that my unit is over 10 years old, and I will come back to AC kings for repairs or new house unit installation.

AC kings to the rescue! We were having an issue with our AC turning off and not cooling the house. I was thinking it was going to be a huge issue, where we were going to need a new unit. But all we needed was maintenance and it turned out the dampers of each vent were closed. Now are AC is working perfectly and a lot quieter. I am not sure of the names of the two gentleman that came but they were very kind and professional, Karina in the office was also super nice. We will definitely continue to get our maintenance done with AC kings!

My air conditioner stopped working. I already tried putting new batteries in the thermostat and new fuses for the condenser. No dice. My daughter suggested AC Kings since they installed her system. I called the day prior to July 4 and they were available. They came over such day. I suggested the vent pipe might be blocked since such had happened before. Such exits towards my neighbor since we have a zero property line. The worker went over and cleared the line and the A/C worked fine. However he suggested a permanent fix: eliminate such line and install two lines (one as a safety feature) which would exit on my side of the property. Such would prevent a similar situation in the future. I think his name was Oscar. He indicated he could have it done July 5 in the a.m. It was a bit pricey but I jumped at the chance of a quick and permanent fix.

On July 5 Oscar and three others came over and the job was done around noon.

I was so pleased the job could be done so soon especially since it was around the July 4 weekend.

Soooo happy and 10000% recommend AC Kings!
We HAD a bedroom that never got cold. I called out to AC Kings and response time was quick. We set up appt and the sauna room is no more thanks to the extra vent they put in. I will definitely be calling them out for maintenance and I think we might add another vent in another bedroom.

Oscar Ramos was recommended to us by Derek Gonzalez at Immaculate Roofing. He came to our home months in advance to assess our old HVAC system and help us engineer a new solution to provide better heating, cooling and ventilation.

Given that this is a one story house with limited access to an attic area, we wanted to coordinate installation of heat pump systems at the same time the roof was being done. To his credit Oscar work seamlessly with Immaculate Roofing to coordinate the work.

His crew likewise was professional, on time, caring, and polite. Most importantly when we turn the systems on we were greeted by quiet cooling and heating using Wi-Fi digital thermostats.

In redesigning the HVAC system Oscar patiently worked with us to customize ductwork that had to be on the outside on the roof of the house that looks aesthetically pleasing. He also gave us a hand when we needed some wires for phone and cable pulled thru the attic without blinking an eye. That's the kind of professionalism that makes doing a complex job so much easier. We were so pleased with the job Oscar did! We highly recommend him to anyone needing a thoughtful HVAC solution.
