I didn't end up going with AC Kings to install my recent mini split, but I want to post a positive review because they were super responsive, professional, and friendly to me when I contacted them for a quote and was considering multiple competing quotes at that time. Oscar came by on the same day during the recent intense heatwave we had in L.A. He was detailed in his description of what he recommended based on my needs and the structure of our house, which would have included a dedicated electrical circuit and the installation of the mini-split itself, along with where the wires would run on the side of the house. His quote was competitive with the other quotes I got. Karina was the main point of contact between the office and me, and she was very helpful and clear in her communication. I also appreciate that they had automated, online systems for sending a quote and setting up appointments. They were never pushy with me and were polite and professional when I decided to go with another vendor. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for an HVAC vendor.

If you need anything AC related, please do yourself a favor and call this company. From the moment I got my quote, I knew this company was different. They break everything down for you and are very patient with any question or concern you may have. They are honest and give great suggestions but also don't put any pressure on you to work with them. Ok so I had Oscar of AC KINGS assist me in the past as he was highly recommended. Everything went well. Recently, I had an emergency with a tenant occupied sfr. The AC condenser went down. It was 96 degrees and they had a 15 month old baby. Not only did Oscar take my call but he juggled his busy schedule to take care of this. He was there working until 9pm with his crew the next night! Everything got done and was done right and professionally. The level of customer care and professional services were 2nd to none. He is a man of high integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future. He's my AC guy for life! Thank you !!!

Given how hard the times are, I really can't afford to make unnecessarily costly repairs around the house these days. So I'm always grateful to go with AC Kings. They give me very fair and reasonable prices for their work without having to push the ""you need to replace your unit right away"" sales pitch.

Oscar even told me the motor on my ac died and quoted me what it would xx$$ take to replace it. After going through with the repair, he and his partner managed to find a replacement right away at the manufacturer and did the replacement the same day.

I really appreciate Karina and Oscar's timely response, straightforwardness, and overall professionalism. They'll be my go-to ac tech for years to come.

I purchased an older mobile home last September, As the Winter set in and now the rain in March, I found myself needing several specialists and the latest was HVAC. As a real estate adviser and investor, i'm always on the lookout for the best trusted people in the business! Good quality, honest work is very hard to find! Most service companies are out to rip you off. AC Kings were highly recommended and they delivered! They were very responsive and scheduled the job in a timely manner. Everyone else said the HVAC had to be replaced, but AC Kings fixed it! They saved us 10K!! And the day the HVAC needs to be replaced AC Kings will get my business! Beyond grateful to have found your company. After many searches and phone conversation with other companies I went with AC Kings. Job was for a leak in the house AC unit that was installed by another company many years ago. The unit was leaking water through my living room celling. I was told by my past AC company that a Release valve was installed to drain the excess water from the AC unit. When AC Kings showed up they showed me videos and pictures that no release valve was ever placed and only PVC pipes were installed by previous company.

Previous vendor had taken advantage of my family after spending over $15,000. AC Kings showed me videos / pictures of what needed to be done, quoted me a very fair price for the work, And installed and repaired the issue that same day. Knock on wood, haven't had issues for over two months. I do understand that my unit is over 10 years old, and I will come back to AC kings for repairs or new house unit installation.
