Oscar P.This company screws over loyal returning customers. On their website they advertise ""Free service call with repair."" But apparently that is for only new customers. If you need their service again, according to Jay who I spoke to over the phone, you do not get any special treatment. This is the last time I do business with AC Dr.com and I do not recommend them to any one. All they want to do is up sell you their special diagnostic repair and other non-sense. Who knows if they really do anything while they are there anyway. I paid $180 to clear a drain! It took the technician probably less than 30 minutes to do it. Bottom line: RETURNING CUSTOMERS GET SCREWED!!!!
At the end of the call Jay hung up on my. Obviously he does not like hearing the truth about his ""crooked"" company.

Veronica from AC Heat DR.com has contacted, and refunded the service fee. She also apologized for the inconvenience.
