Marci P.Gavin was nice. However from the minute he walked in the door, he began talking to me about purchasing a new system and how much better that would be for me. I'm not sure what he did for the ""tune up"" because he was in and out quickly. I had a second company give me a second opinion on his recommendations. The second company said it wasn't as critical as I was led to believe, actually took the outside unit apart and made recommendations. Their ""tune up"" was the same price but much much much more thorough.
