Asked for a time adjustment due to a previously scheduled engagement, they said no. I said I was looking for a bit of flexibility as I had prior plans but had been waiting for help during a heat wave for three weeks. He said he was already being flexible fitting me into his schedule and that none of that was his problem. And threatened to cancel my appointment. I said I would just make the time they asked for. He canceled my appointment anyway. Zero empathy. Trash ass Californians. We don't operate this way where I'm from.

Reliable electricians, neat and tidy, great rates. Have used AC Electric for a variety of projects including putting in a new electrical panel, fixing polarity issues, installing lights and other electrical projects we've had over the past 10 years. Some projects did require getting a permit which was no problem for them to do and it passed inspection the first time around. Their rates are very reasonable and they do quality work. They have won my business through trust and honesty. Nice people to work with. I recommend them.
