I contacted this company at 12:30ish and by 2:30 the job was done! I cannot talk highly enough about this company. The tech that came to my house was nice and respectful and did an outstanding job! He did it quickly and asked for a broom to clean after himself (something that I appreciate a ton) he left the room as if nothing had happened there. Such a great job, quick and efficient!

I've used Yelp for many years to find restaurants and service providers. The reviews have been a good indicator of good service.

This is the second time in the last month I've found a service provider that has been very unpleasant to deal with and bad results despite their results.

I suspect they have fake reviews.

I trust Yelp has tools to review and eliminate good reviews that might be questionable.

When their employee told me what the problem and the solution was, I asked for the quote. He said that his boss would give me the quote later.

I only received a bill after 5PM. I responded that I would pay as soon as possible. I was at work until late.
The woman who owns the business texted me at 10 PM requesting payment. That untimely text woke me up...

We paid her the next day when we had a chance. Once paid she said: ""we recommend you hire a pool service"" she refused to acknowledge what her employee said... her employee said that he could get a new pump and just install it.

That was the diagnosis. New pump.

We can but a new pump hoping their diagnosis is good. But she just chooses to change the narrative.

Our bathroom had this really old medicine cabinet and we wanted to upgrade to an LED mirror. We needed an electrician to come out and do some work and then hang the picture. The company was very responsive on my initial request and even moved up the installation when they had available time

A two man team showed up and do all of the work quickly and professionally. After finishing g the vacuumed up the area and everything came out looking perfect. Overall great experience and will be using them again in the future
