I hired AC ACE to perform a number of electrical upgrades in my home and I can't imagine ever calling anyone else!

The work spanned 3 days and the guys were always on time, efficient, courteous, professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing every step of the way. I paid to get a tankless water heater connected. I was quoted $350 to $550. After A/C Ace technician assessed the work and cost of supplies, price went up to $750. It was the holidays, and they were doing me a favor by responding on short notice - I agreed. However, when they left AC stopped working and when they were alerted, they said it was ""coincidence""...a fuse had blown - they asked for $150. I let it slide because AC is serviced by someone else I trust. I didn't challenge the ""coincidence"" story. Told them I would be in touch once plumber fitted the heater in case there were problems. Yusliedi said, ""You're welcome. No further electrical work should be needed but sure keep me posted"". Plumber installed heater where he said he would...wires were too short...he asked to call the electrician back. Called Yusleidi, she said it would cost $420 to send someone out to connect the heater. I said it was poor business practice to not stand by one's work, or finish it. She said she was paid to install a circuit breaker and wires. I still have no hot water - only a blown AC fuse, and wires in a closet to show for it. Now she says she'll charge me $150 only for the visit to finish the job I imagined I had already paid for. I had 2 quotes for $705 and $825 fully installed but I chose her because I saw a review from someone on Yelp she had helped over Thanksgiving. I wanted to reward THAT type of business. Huge mistake on my part. I would definitely not do business with her again, and encourage everyone reading this not to. A/C Ace was a complete dud. If competence, quality, and integrity are important to you, do not take your chances with A/C Ace. Only a matter of time before there's more reviews like mine given how they chose to fix the problem. I said God Bless and walked away disappointed.

Finding a good electrician is hard! I am soooo happy I found Lugo. He came the first day I requested a quote. He was professional, transparent, straight forward, and solution driven. My electrical panel is a mess. My house was built in the 80s and it's outdated. I bought a hot tub for outdoors and needed a dedicated line outside. He had to install an additional breaker because there was no more space on the panel. He managed to do this through a side closet without making holes on my wall, he went through the roof between the first and second floor and took the dedicated line outside. The work is impecable!!! Also, he came on a Sunday to do the work bc I told him the hot tub was being delivered during the week and I really needed it done. I will be hiring him to replace my AC as well. I couldn't be happier that I found an honest, reasonable priced electrician that does impeccable work!!

Excellent service, came same day, needed a lamp fixture put up and they did it no problem. Also needed some outlets fixed, which ended up being a lot more work, but they did it fast and all for a great price.
