WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!! I contacted A.R.E. because I was having pre-existing electrical issues with two decorative water fountains at my home. They were able to fit me into their schedule so that I could have other repairs completed by a different vendor. They showed up prompt and on time as scheduled. They were well-mannered, very professional and courteous. They were quick in troubleshooting the problem, very knowledgeable about what was causing the problem and fixed all my issues expeditiously and even upgraded my existing equipment to make it more user friendly and safer. When it was time for payment they realized they quoted me an older cheaper price. They did not attempt to coerce me into paying the correct price. They even apologized for misquoting me the incorrect price and stuck to the lower pricing that I was quoted and accepted that payment. I also chose to go with A.R.E. once I found out they were not only a woman owned and minority owned business, but they are also a locally owned company that cares about there customers. During these times it is more important than before that we spend our money locally and keep our economy moving forward.

ARE is an outstanding company l had a serious problem with my lights flickering. I call mr. Rick out to see where the problem was coming from he answer my call right away and was at my home within 45 minutes to access the problem. He found the problem and fix it! I was so happy with my results I will refer ARE Louisiana INC to all of my friends.

I called and Rick came when he said would. He and his crew completed the job, cleaned up and put things back when finished. A little problem popped up, they fixed it immediately. Very nice customer service.
