Launched in 2005, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors serves San Antonio and the surrounding regions. In addition to our focus to quality, our office team brings over a hundred years of combined experience in the energy industry.

We specialize in tilt-up wall projects, design-build projects, ground-up projects, tenant finish-out, commercial retail, and dining venues.

We maintain all required licenses and certifications, and we are also Historically Underutilized Business, HABE, MBE certified, and SBE certified.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors offers expert electrical design services for both commercial and home clients across Texas.

George Salinas, who grew up in San Antonio, was introduced to the energy field through a vocational program at Holmes High School. He refined his skills in the power sector and in 1994, at only 17, secured a position as an Apprentice Electrician at Certified Electric. In just four years, George progressed to become a Journeyman Electrician and soon assumed the role of Supervisor of Operations.

In 2004, George started the journey to own his own business. Juggling his roles as a full-time father and electrician, George prepared and in May 2005, achieved the Master Electrician Exam. Upon 11.5 years with Certified Electric, George initiated the paperwork to become a licensed Electrical Contractor in Texas. Absolute Power Electrical Contractors legally opened its doors in May 2005. In November 2005, George hired his first team member, and today, the company has expanded to support 50 talented employees.
