I contacted Absolute Power for help with installing a ring camera because my junction box was a mess of wires, some of which had melted. Julio asked me to send some pictures to him for a quote. Within an hour he called me to let me know that I could save some money and he explained what I needed to do to fix the problem myself. He was very patient and answered all my questions.

After Julio's advive, I took a look at the junction box the following day but unfortunately the problem was far worse than I was able to communicate over the phone, and due to the fore casted rain I needed a trained professional to come and take a look. Since my request was very very last minute, Julio wasn't able to come and help me fix the issue so I did have to go with another company for the repair. However Julio called me back as soon as he was free and followed up with me on all the details.

Overall, highly recommend Julio and Absolute Power. You'll get an honest electrician who cares about his potential customers, and who's not in it for the money.

We reached out to Julio shortly after midnight for a second floor power outage, and he responded promptly first thing the morning. On the phone, he patiently walked us through a couple of possible root causes for our problem (accurately identifying one of them), and advised us that the breaker panel may not have been properly reset. Julio explained how to reset it correctly, mentioning that he didn't want to have to charge us money just to flip a few circuit breakers. Following his advice we were able to solve our outage, without spending a dime!

Although we didn't end up requiring a visit from him, throughout our interactions he was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. Thanks Julio!
