Saved the day. Record heat and at 5pm on a Saturday they were immediately responsive and within 30 minutes of calling Randy was onsite. Bad compressor diagnosed and quickly replaced - and they did a nice job helping clean the unit as well. Nice folks and solid work - highly recommended.

Thank you Absolute Mechanical! Absolute Mechanical installed my Central Heating and Air unit years ago. I do some of my own maintenance on my unit, but when it started blowing hot air instead of cold, I was in over my head. I called the same number I had from all those years ago, and Randy answered. He said he was booked solid for the next 2 days, and he would call me back. My luck, he was able to come over the same day after all, and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. He not only fixed the problem, but his guys had my unit cleaned and looking new before they left. I was expecting an emergency fee, and a steep bill, but Randy was very fair. I paid less than I was expecting. Thank you Randy, Ethan, and the whole team! I thought I was gonna need a new unit!

Terrible customer service. Very rude person who installed my ductless a/c heater units in my house. They both stopped working a few days after a year of installing them. I tried calling them at least 20 times and finally Ethan called me back. He said he would order the part and call me next week. Never heard from him again. I finally went to his business, his house, and he was extremely rude. Just stared at my for a long time and finally said he can't help me. Does not honor his work, I don't recommend him at all. Find somebody else like I had to do. It was under warranty also!

This company installed my central heating and air in November 2016. They installed the A/C incorrectly, the condensation pan over filled and caused sheet rock damage in 2 places. When I called them to fix it they came out and did so. Never offered to fix the sheet rock, even though it was absolutely their mistake. Now a few months later my heater has stopped working. It happened on a Saturday morning. I called and left a message, understanding that they were likely closed being a weekend. Well, no return call Monday, so Tuesday morning I call again. Finally got a call back (because they don't answer their own phones....ever), they use a service. Tuesday when they called back Randy tells me they no longer do residential service (because they are just too busy with Thur commercial customers, but they will take care of me since they installed the unit. I explained the problem, he says it just so happens that we will be right near me ""today"", we'll be by sometime today to check it out for you. That was a week ago, never showed up and I have left MULTIPLE messages since then. I have an infant in my home, which I told him. They CLEARLY DO NOT CARE! We've had some nights in the 30's. Hope they sleep well at night. I'm gonna share my experience about them far and wide, if you aren't commercial they don't want your business. Hope they remember that when the commercial part of it slows down....this place doesn't want to help home owners. They only want to line their own pocketbooks. Funny thing is, may or may not be warranty work (and I'm more than willing to pay them) and they are simply not calling back and in doing so, refuse to stand behind their own work (if it is warrant) and clearly my money is t good enough if it isn't warranty. Horrible horrible service!

I have a place in Pioneer. I called three times to have my AC checked out and serviced. The company never returned my calls.
