I have dealt with local contractors on two property remodels for some time. I have never had an issue until now. I was quoted 1,200.00 for a mini split install which I agreed to.

Upon completion I was texted by the owner for an increase of 300.00 It was more of a demand unprofessional text. I was thrown off by the aggressive text but in the spirit of being non combative agreed to pay the 1,500.00

Not even a half hour later I was given an invoice for almost 1,700.00.

When I questioned it I was told I was a crybaby and that if I didn't pay it they would come strip everything off my property. I explained I would send him a check as we agreed and he has been texting me threatening messages all night.

I'm not sure if he is drunk or high?
I would consider looking elsewhere if I was you.

I can not say enough about Randy. I called him on Friday of Fair and he stayed late to fix my old AC the same day I called! His service went above and beyond. I would and will refer Absolute Mechanical every chance I can.

Saved the day. Record heat and at 5pm on a Saturday they were immediately responsive and within 30 minutes of calling Randy was onsite. Bad compressor diagnosed and quickly replaced - and they did a nice job helping clean the unit as well. Nice folks and solid work - highly recommended.

I called in the Am answered first ring was told they would arrive after 5pm after another call they arrived sooner had us up and running in very short time the cost was more than reasonable very friendly will only use absolute.

They recently installed a new heater and air conditioning for me. This is the second time I have used them, they installed the original units for me after we moved into our house 20 years ago. I've always been happy with their work.

Absolute Mechanical is a wonderful company. During the extreme temps last summer our thermostat stopped working , we called Absolute Mechanical, they promptly came out and fixed our unit.

Thank you Absolute Mechanical! Absolute Mechanical installed my Central Heating and Air unit years ago. I do some of my own maintenance on my unit, but when it started blowing hot air instead of cold, I was in over my head. I called the same number I had from all those years ago, and Randy answered. He said he was booked solid for the next 2 days, and he would call me back. My luck, he was able to come over the same day after all, and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. He not only fixed the problem, but his guys had my unit cleaned and looking new before they left. I was expecting an emergency fee, and a steep bill, but Randy was very fair. I paid less than I was expecting. Thank you Randy, Ethan, and the whole team! I thought I was gonna need a new unit!

Terrible customer service. Very rude person who installed my ductless a/c heater units in my house. They both stopped working a few days after a year of installing them. I tried calling them at least 20 times and finally Ethan called me back. He said he would order the part and call me next week. Never heard from him again. I finally went to his business, his house, and he was extremely rude. Just stared at my for a long time and finally said he can't help me. Does not honor his work, I don't recommend him at all. Find somebody else like I had to do. It was under warranty also!
