Josh has spent more than 20 years in the electrical industry. Starting at age 15, Josh turned obstacles into stepping stones in his electrical career. Driven and ambitious, Josh advanced from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, overseeing large projects and a team of 13.

At just 21, Josh earned his state license and certification, a remarkable feat for his age. Josh established Absolute Electric in 2003. Josh saw that many service sectors were missing genuine personal customer service. The foundation of Absolute Electric is centered on reintroducing high-quality personal service to the electrical sector.
