Josh has spent more than 20 years in the electrical industry. At 15, Josh embraced challenges as he embarked on his full-time journey as an electrician. Highly motivated, Josh progressed from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, managing significant projects and a crew of 13.

At just 21, Josh earned his state license and certification, a remarkable feat for his age. In 2003, he launched Absolute Electric. Josh saw that many service sectors were missing genuine personal customer service. Absolute Electric was built on the principle of restoring high-quality personal service to the electrical field.
