I placed a call early Thursday morning for my air conditioner repair need. I have received several emails saying the Technician from Absolute will come today, Saturday between 11:00AM & 3:00PM. It's almost 5 and no technician has showed or even called.
I called CHW at 3:15 to report this and spoke with a very polite Shannel. While I was on hold, she placed a call to the technician and it went to the answering machine. I later did the same with the same result- no response yet.
When any service provider , for any reason, cannot keep a commitment, that person needs to let the customer know.
My experience over the last three days convinces me that Absolute HVAC is not to be relied upon.
