I was extremely disappointed in this service. I asked that two electric timers be installed and programmed. At no time during the visit did Bernard indicate that he would not program the timers because he was not a programmer. I repeated at least five times what hours the timers should be programmed. At no point during the visit did he ever indicate that he would not program them. He installed the timers and it is only when I noticed that the timers were not working that I called him and he then admitted that he was not a programmer and did not program the timers. It's like installing a sprinkler system and not testing it. I asked for a credit of the hours spent since I had not received any service and he refused. I also had a light switch that was programmed wrong and each time it was turned on, it would turn off the alarm clock instead of turning on the light. Bernard indicated that it was fixed but it wasn't and it still turns off the alarm clock instead of turning on the lights. This switch cannot be used at all. All in all an extremely bad experience with this service. I paid $333.00 for the visit and received absolutely no service in return. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Bernard owner and master electrician is totally awesome ! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a very hard worker. I needed the electrical installation for a pool heater. This required a two Pole 60 amp breaker and wires pulled from the breaker box. The job was done so totally flawless. I can't say enough positive comments. If you need electrical work call Absolute !
