Jeff did an excellent job of replacing the fluorescent lights in my office with pendants. He kept everything clean and was efficient and pleasant to talk to. He was able to come in the same week that I called him. He even lent his big ladder to my neighbor across the hall to change her lightbulbs. Highly recommend!

I called Absolute Electric when the electricity in half my house went out. Jeff called me back in short order and told me he was on a job but could come by late in the afternoon. He arrived as promised and determined the problem was not at my end but was PGEs responsibility. He contacted PGE for me and they responded 2 hours later. Jeff also asked me to let him know that they arrived and that he would be happy to speak with the repairman to insure he knew what he had found to be the problem. All this and a very reasonable charge. I will call Absolute Electric for any future problems.

We found Jeff when our regular electrician was busy and we needed some help with our electrical panel. We described the problem over the phone (circuit had tripped and would not reset). He told us to switch it hard off and then hard on - voila! What impressed me is that he helped us without coming out to get a call-out charge. It is nice to see such generosity and such a helpful spirit. We will be calling Jeff for our electrical help in the future.

I called Absolute Electric on Friday afternoon for an appt. and Jeff was able to squeeze me in on Sat. morning. I thought that was good service to start with, but it just got better and better. First, he called as promised to say he was on his way, then he arrived and got right to work. I had I circuit with a short somewhere that was not obvious at all so he had to do some serious diagnostic work to find the problem-which he did. Once he found the problem, he was able to do the repair quickly, and he also proposed a more comprehensive proactive procedure to help insure the problem neither returns not spreads. Jeff is skilled, customer-friendly, honest, quick, experienced, and very likeable-What More Could You Ask For in an Electrician!

(owner of Absolute Electric) can't be beat. He's a talented lighting designer as well as an overall excellent electrician. He's very knowledgeable, fast, hard working, a
