Jim is highly qualified, creative, and very reliable electrician. We have used his services at least three times in the past five years, projects complex and simple, large and small. He is very methodical, ethical, economical and reliable. We would not hesitate to hire him again on any complex or simple project, or recommend him to anyone that needs a highly qualified reliable electrician.

Jim has worked on our house twice now. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the quality of work he does. For example, while mounting electric boxes he makes every effort to locate and mount against joists instead of using using boxes that hang on to the drywall (old work boxes). He installed two electrical outlets in by bathrooms and managed to avoid any holes and left everything clean and tidy. I rarely feel comfortable leaving a contractor alone to do work but I trust Jim fully. I just stay around to learn from the wealth of information he has to offer. I'm working to get him out again for more work. He is truly a find.

Jim installed two ceiling fans in my kids' rooms, reversed a couple of switches in the bathrooms and kitchen that I didn't like the order of, moved my pool light switch to inside of the house, did a basic visual inspection of my electrical panel, and replaced an old outdoor outlet. I don't remember the total price, but it wasn't a lot. He also explains everything he's doing along the way, too. Great if you're the kind of guy/girl that hangs around the project/worker as it is being done.

I'm going to see if he can put in another ceiling fan (in my living room this time) and/or do some recessed lighting in there.

We were just floored by the quality of service we got at Absolute Best Electric. We were in a bind trying to get some major electrical questions worked out on our older home before we started on some construction work, and Jim came by an solved our problems in one consultation.
