Still waiting on Mike to come change the kitchen ballast and we are close to 2017. He leftmessages saying he may be in the area the following week, then haven't heard anything for the last month Perhaps if he reads this, he can let me know a confirmed date and time and come out and take care of this for me instead of a ""maybe"" will be in the area ""maybe"". Would be so appreciated. I know it's a pain but I really need it done and don't know who else to call?

Mike was amazing. He came out after hours to get our church electrical going. Was very attentive to detail and was great about explaining everything. He has his customer's best interest at heart.

I received nothing for ABS electric's services. I was told by Mike the issue was with SDG&E. SDG&E sent a technician to my home and verified the issue was not with them. I was suppose to receive a call from mike but could not get a hold of him after multiple attempts. I hired another electrician who diagnosed and found the problem. I contacted Mike again to get a refund on the $211. Mike refused stating he had run a diagnostic and figured out the problem after SDG&E had already came out but said he would pay me $78 out of the $211 or that he would call later so that we may work something out (never happened).
Again, I received nothing from his service, had a 24 hour outage waiting on him, and am out $211.
