Especially since we are selling our home - They replaced the outlets, wired everything correctly, installed smoke detectors with proper wiring too. Called this morning since my smoke detector started randomly going off in the middle of the night. Eric answered the phone right away and helped me trouble shoot. (Several other companies I called I had to leave messages). Since it was clearly a defective smoke with some electrical wires, he said he could fit me later on today. He called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he looked at my other smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. He said they were good and went right to work changing the defective smoke detector. Extremely polite and knowledgeable!
