My husband and I had a squirrel in our attic that we attempted to remove on our own with live traps but couldn't catch. We hired ABC to come out and take care of our pesky roommate. Brian was the first person I dealt with who did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was so helpful and on time. He answered all of the questions I had and gave me the price for the full job right then. Soon after I received a call from ABC to schedule my service which was then in less than 48 hours. Everything was so quick. Ed came out to our house to secure our house and make sure the squirrel was gone and couldn't get back in. He came out to the house a total of 4 times for the initial work and then to check traps just in case the squirrel was still there. Ed was very friendly, professional and on time. Communication was perfect. I could not recommend this team enough for any of your pest control needs!

I would give them no stars if possible. They provided abysmal services. Waiting at home for 3 days without pay for them to come now. No call to apologize or to actually let me know when they were coming. Have broken 2 sprinkler caps. Have not replaced those. Was told repeatedly yo contact me, not my mother. Would not text when on the way so that I could put up my dogs. Moved my fence and planted 2 crepe myrtles. Did not give any instructions on how to take care of new plants, which cost an arm and a leg. Requested that they weed the flowerbed, never happened.

I got a new AC system from them. While I believe I got quality equipment installed in the end, it was a really bumpy road to get there. There were multiple appointments where ABC no call/no showed me which just caused additional delays. The sales guy also kept making promises the company had no intention of keeping causing every interaction to be a fight just to get them to do what they said they would in the first place. Zero professionalism across the board. Defiantly would not recommend to anyone.

I clicked on a Facebook link to have ABC come out to spray my yard for weeds for $20 one time, I payed via PayPal the $20 requested. They came twice then charged me almost $200 for visits that never occurred and turned me over to a creditor when I refused to pay for services that were never rendered. I called and was supposed to speak with someone higher up but it was a constant game of phone tag. The simple truth is there is no contract and no request for the services they are charging me for. I will be fighting this until they right their wrong.

Shortly after placing this review, I received a call from a representative from ABC, Mr. Riggs. Mr. Riggs was pleasant and wanted to make amends for the negative experience I had with his firm and offered to refund the $265. He also stated that Google was responsible for monitoring reviews, and ABC had no hand in their removal.

A day or two afterward another ABC representative, Mr. Myers, called. I explained to him that Mr. Riggs had already called, and we had reached an agreement.

I'm delighted to report that yesterday I received a $265 check from Mr. Riggs.

I use ABC for HVAC and plumbing. Renovating our kitchen and wanted to branch off existing gas line to add gas range. Santiago did the work and he was friendly, professional, responsive and thorough!

I have only great things to say about ABC. I have (hopefully, had) a rat problem which appeared when we were gone from our home during Christmas...from my initial visit from Darrell, who came & did an in-depth inspection, to Bo, who came today, sealed the entry points and set traps for my little friends - there are no complaints! Both gentlemen were professional and thoroughly explained what was being done. I am very satisfied with their work so far - two follow up visits are scheduled to check and/or reset the traps. Now some may say they are pricey, but in my opinion, you can't put a price on peace of mind! A follow up review will be made in due time.

For the second year in a row the holiday lighting crew failed to show up until almost dark to put up our lights which ended up being delayed until the following day. Go with someone else if you can. Not really worth the money.

Was charged a premium to have backflow and prv valve replaced. Plumber cracked valve box for irrigation backflow valve, reinstalled valve boxes 2 inches above ground ( could no longer mow grass around boxes). And plumber left 10"" valve box without cover before a 1""plus rain. Pressure for house was also installed too low. Asked to speak to manager and never received a call back. Texted plumber to increase pressure.Spend 2 hrs replacing valve boxes. Next day plumber installs incorrect valve box cover and doesn't correct pressure. Spend another 2 hrs buying new 10"" box and replacing it with proper fitting.

Management did eventually reach out to correct my concerns. Hopefully this was just a one-off situation.
