Im new to the city so it's hard to find good help who won't take advantage of you. I spoke with Bill the emergency technician on call whom was insightful and extremely helpful. I told him the issue I was having and he pin pointed the problem. He was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond with his customer service and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend A&B for your electrical needs. I will be using them exclusively for all the services they provide moving forward.

Just want to take a little of my time to express my gratitude.
I just recently found out that i had major electrical problems in my home. a close friend referred A&B Electrical LLC. Shortly after i called and made an appointment for them to come out to Assess the issues and provide me with cost qoute. After obtaining a few qoures from other companies, i decided to hire
A&B and let me just say that not only were they promt. But they executed efficiently and were thorough and completed the jom in a timely manner. And was also able to save me a few hundred dollars. Excellent service, called late on a Saturday night to ask for a Sunday appointment, they said I would get a call in the morning between 8-9, got the call as promised , billy gave a price over the phone and arrived in half an hour right on time and fixed the problem quickly and was gone by 10 and the price was as quoted over the phone. I never thought I could get such great service so quickly and on a Sunday. Thank you Billy.

Excellent service! I called on a Saturday to see if someone could come out to look at my dishwasher. I spoke with Billy the owner who was very professional and mentioned that he could come out the following day on Sunday from 1 to 3 PM. The next morning he called at 10:30 AM asking if he could come out earlier than the time we agreed upon. This is exceptional service!! Never have I had someone called to see if they could come out earlier than the time agreed-upon. When he arrived he was very specific about the time and the cost upfront and did the work literally in minutes. He also took the time to explain what the situation was in terms that someone who is not an electrician can understand. If you're looking for A company that takes pride in their work this would be the company to call!

I don't usually write consumer reviews. However, this needs to be broadcasted to the entire state since this guy truly deserves it for his honesty, work ethic, knowledge, and principles. We recently moved to FL from the North. Let me tell you, I am flabbergasted from our experience down here. Most contractor and service guy we met would either not follow up with us, good only in the beginning, overpriced, unhelpful, cancel last minute, or not knowledgeable. Believe me, we have met a lot and it is usually a combination of one of the above negative attributes. We are wanting to hook up our pool spa. We had known a mediocre electrician before although he is fair, the charge is high. For some reason this guy didn't not want to do the job. So having to scramble for a back up, we resorted to yelp, google , friend recommendation, and other sites. At yelp, we found a few electricians, and we invited them to check out the project. Let me tell ya the results, one was highly priced, another was eccentric, the other a no show and then Billy based on a good review by Alyssa. As you know, we're clueless with this guy except for some random review which may potentially be a marketing scheme. But we were mistaken. Let me tell you why....On the phone, as I was discussing the project with him, he was inquiring a lot which one might find intrusive but he explains the reason why he was asking. It makes sense!! I was curious because this guy shows interest. So he came by the house on a short notice, on time, and on a weekend too. Lots of the other places I called would only do emergency calls. He saw the project and listened to what I have in mind. He also laid out his suggestions and plans. During the conversation, you can't help but notice a knowledgeable, genuine and well mannered person. Rare find in almost all aspects of service. He then gave us a fair quote and hooked up our spa. He arrived on time and finished the project with finesse and most of all, accomplished the task. Then about 2 weeks later, we had some problems with our circuit breaker. It tripped and it would not turn the lights on upon resetting. After doing all the trouble shooting that we know, we gave up and called Billy again. He came out in that same day to check our problem. Guess what!! He fixed our problem on the spot!!! Can you believe that!! Although the problem was probably minor to him but for us amateurs, it was complicated. He refused payment for this and We were so moved because it is becoming a rarity to find such good people. This even extended his excellent attributes farther. Thus it is with great pride that we endorse Billy without reservations for your electrical needs.

Called Billy at 1 am and he was at my mother's house from 2-4 am. Installed needed panel by mid afternoon the following day. Very quick and affordable service.
Billy was honest, knowledgeable and very affordable seeing as it was a late night AND weekend repair. I highly recommend A&B Electrical!
