Bringing more than 33 years of experience in machine tools and CNC controls,

For 27 years, I have specialized in the installation, alignment, and mechanical repair of manual and CNC machine tools.

Additionally, I have 17 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic, electrical, and PLC systems on manual and CNC machine tools.

Armed with a degree in Electronics and Automation, I can design circuits, assemble controls, repair drives and power supplies, troubleshoot without guides, and write PLC ladder logic.

AB Automation Repair Services LLC was created to provide support for companies using machine tools and other automated equipment.

I bring over 33 years of experience in manual and CNC machinery and automated systems, and I am here to serve you.

My background as a skilled machinist, combined with my electronics and automation degree, allows me to swiftly identify and resolve issues with machine tools or automated systems.

Mechanical Expertise: Rebuilding spindles, replacing ball screws, aligning and leveling machine tools, correcting backlash, adjusting gibs, and repairing tool changes, gearboxes, drivetrains, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and coolant/lubrication systems.

Electrical Experience: Installing machines, repairing electrical controls, replacing or fixing spindle/servo drives and power supplies, editing PLCs, designing and building custom motor control cabinets, troubleshooting motors, and upgrading machine controls.
