Bringing more than 33 years of experience in machine tools and CNC controls,

For 27 years, I have specialized in the installation, alignment, and mechanical repair of manual and CNC machine tools.

Additionally, I have 17 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic, electrical, and PLC systems on manual and CNC machine tools.

My degree in Electronics and Automation allows me to create circuits, build control systems, fix drives and power supplies, troubleshoot independently, and develop PLC ladder logic.

I established AB Automation Repair Services LLC to assist companies that utilize machine tools or automated machinery.

With over 33 years of experience in manual and CNC machine tools and automated systems, I am ready to help you.

As a skilled machinist with a degree in electronics and automation, I can quickly diagnose and fix problems with machine tools or other automated machinery.

Mechanical Expertise: Rebuilding spindles, replacing ball screws, aligning and leveling machine tools, correcting backlash, adjusting gibs, and repairing tool changes, gearboxes, drivetrains, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and coolant/lubrication systems.

Electrical Expertise: Installing machines, repairing electrical controls, fixing or replacing spindle/servo drives and power supplies, editing PLCs, designing and building custom motor control cabinets, troubleshooting motors, and upgrading machine controls.
