For 27 years, I have specialized in the installation, alignment, and mechanical repair of manual and CNC machine tools.

I bring 17 years of expertise in electronic and electrical troubleshooting, including PLC repairs on manual and CNC machinery.

I hold a degree in Electronics and Automation, which enables me to design circuits, construct controls, repair drives and power supplies, troubleshoot without documentation, and write PLC ladder logic.

I established AB Automation Repair Services LLC to assist companies that utilize machine tools or automated machinery.

I bring over 33 years of experience in manual and CNC machinery and automated systems, and I am here to serve you.

I am eager to apply my 27 years of precision mechanical repair experience and 17 years of electrical repair expertise on manual and CNC machine tools for your benefit.

My background as a skilled machinist, combined with my electronics and automation degree, allows me to swiftly identify and resolve issues with machine tools or automated systems.

Mechanical Experience: Rebuilding spindles, replacing ball screws, aligning and leveling machine tools, correcting backlash, adjusting gibs, repairing tool changes, gearboxes, drivetrains, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, as well as coolant/lubrication system repairs and pump repairs.

Electrical Skills: Machine installation, electrical control repairs, spindle/servo drive and power supply repairs or replacements, PLC editing, custom motor control cabinet design and construction, motor troubleshooting, and machine control upgrades.
