Warning. About AAstro Electrical LLC. The guys name is Casey Bialek. License number EC13004533. First off this IS NOT his license number it belongs to Johns Electric. He is unlicensed. On our first meeting I made sure he knew my budget. On two seperate occasions he said it will be under my budget of 2000. I had already recieved a quote of 2000 dollars from another electrician several months prior. On june 14 he said he would go out in the morning. On june 15 at 636am i texted him ""Call me when u can. Before pole placement. I want to talk to u about it"" I wanted to talk to him about cost as he never could give me a price. So he placed a pole on my land and ran 220v for my well but did not run the 110v for the water softener. He called me few days ago asking for a deposit. I asked how much and he said 3000. I told him that from day one he knew my budget and that he told me it would be under 2000 because he was only charging me ""for the cost of time and materials to save you as much as I could"" his words. Other conversation went on and he suggested that I talk to another electrician ""to see if his price was inline"" I told him about my previous quote again and I did what he suggested i met another electrician at my land and he quoted me 2500. Which is still acceptable to me. Casey was asking for a DEPOSIT and still was saying he would work with me on the rest but still could not give me THE TOTAL PRICE. I informed him that I only have 2000 and that I was not going to give him my last 2000 until the job is done because after this I am afraid he wont finish the job. So he removed the pole.
