Had a very challenging, and difficult to troubleshoot intermittent fault. Normally I don't use an Electrical services (being ex Navy Electronics Technician and BSEE from University of Maryland myself), and just do the troubleshooting and repair myself. Problem was compounded with the fault being in the attic and affecting a primary AC unit on an EXTREMELY hot day. Chris did a GREAT job with troubleshooting, and it did take a while, but he did get not one, but both faults. GREAT service, good fair price, prompt. Would be downright unjust to give them anything less than 5 stars. Highly recommend, and wouldn't even bother calling someone else going forward.

I contacted Aaron's based on the reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed!! Response to my phone request was met with a professional company representative and a committed time for the technicians arrival. The technician called me before his arrival (which was right on time) he showed up at my home, got right to work, solved the electrical issue with the dead outlet and advised me on a secondary problem. I would highly recommend Aaron's. Thank you to Leo for his professional work ethic and attitude as he worked through my two dogs and my constant phone interruptions! Great company.

Well if you are looking for an honest, reliable, professional electrician Aaron's is not the one.
The owner Wes came to my house gave an estimate and scheduled my service. The day came for the work to be done and no phone call or communications as to why they did show up on during the 2 hour time frame. 9-11 So I called them, of course. They showed up 4 hours late with no apologies just excuses about the other job ran long.
After they finally showed up things went crazy from there, the two electricans started arguing and then one left, then returned to argue again. So now only one electrican is doing the work which is already behind schedule. No regard for any of my household things nothing was covered, nothing was cleaned up after the work was done. I mean there was supplies everywhere. I even commented to the working electrician how do you keep track of everything, there is stuff everywhere.
Now we come to paying it is now 8 pm for a 9 to 11am show and the electrician is arguing with me about charges that I was told was included in the original price quoted in writing by the owner Wes. He also told me I am being charged an extra $170.00 charge to see what was wrong with the bathroom vanity light. It was supposedly just a cut wire, really? I told Wes in the Intial quote the light didn't work so why charge me for a $81.00 diagnostic charge later it was better than the $170.00 but still? The electrician then got mad at my asking questions about the charges and tried to say ten different ways why I was being charged different things instead of what was quoted. I call that fast talk and people trying to swindle you.
I was told I would receive a 10% off due to being late that never happened.
A $50.00 coupon was to be taken off that never happened.
It went on and on so basically I was told and quoted in writing one price and they tried to add extra charges in later stating that the owner would wonder why he was here so long with little charges. Uh, maybe because there should have been two of you working instead of arguing and walking out. Weird and exhausting experience that no one should have to go through when paying for a service. I hope they get it together.

Very disappointed in this company. Called them yesterday, which they came promptly to determine our problem. Said he would send two guys out to work on our issue around noon the next day. The next day, got a call around 12:20, stating that they were going to LUNCH and would be here in an hour. It is now 2:30 and they are still not here. Mind you my husband took an entire day of vacation to be here. The person who answered the phone, I'm assuming the owner, seemed to not care one bit that his guys called and stated they would be here in an hour, and that was at 12:20 and two hours plus later they are still not here. Cancelled. Bad customer service. If they had run late at another job or the owner gave a crap that his guys take 2+ hour lunches, might have worked with him.

Ok YELPERS......LOOK NO FURTHER!!! What GREAT service!!! Half of my house was without electricity. I called early this morning and Wes (the owner) arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant, explained the problem, and fixed the problem. BAM, just like that! I must say, I was very impressed, and grateful. AND, at a very reasonable, fair price! No price gouging with this company. I have him on my ""speed dial"" from now on. The only FAULT I could find, is that he said he fell asleep before the end of the game of our World Series ASTROS last night. But, I'll try to over look that. Also, double those 5 Stars to 10!
