I used them a while ago, but just now registered to be able to review companies and definitely wanted to post a stellar review for them as I have never forgotten the excellent service and caring treatment I was given in a dire situation I found myself in at the time. It was in the middle of the summer and my electricity was going on and off, in random areas and appliances. Not in any way that made sense to me. My cooktop was working, but my refrigerator was dimming and it would be on and then off. Most importantly, my AC was not working and it was in the 90s, and I am older, live by myself, and had a knee replacement. I called several companies and as I recall it was either after hours or on the weekend. Aaron's was the first to call me back, and even after talking with the other companies, seemed to be the company I felt like was going to fix my problem, and be fair in their price. I feel some companies take advantage of folks when they are at their most vulnerable, and I did not feel that way with Aaron's. I actually felt like they were going to do their best to do the job for the most reasonable price that they could. Fast forward to Centerpoint confirming what Aaron's found, that half of my electricity was not getting to me due to having only one leg of two, electrical term, reaching my box. Bottom line was having to replace main line underground, very expensive and not quickly completed as Centerpoint must be involved to turn off main, and more importantly to come back and turn on main. Since it was in the 90s it was imperative that this was done in a timely fashion. Aaron's took total ownership of the whole process knowing I had already been without AC for 2 days, and kept in constant contact with Centerpoint so that as soon as they were done, Centerpoint would come back and turn it on, and not wait until the next day. Meanwhile, I had mentioned to them that I had always wanted to replace my electrical panel, as I had one of those old dangerous Federal Pacific ones, but just couldn't afford to do it. Aaron's gave me such a reasonable price for replacing that, that I knew it would be possible for me to get that done as well, eliminating a safety issue and something I had worried about for a long time. Now I feel it is important to mention that they did not bring up the replacement of the panel, I did. I don't want anyone to think they were trying to upsell me in any way. In conclusion, I will never forget how well I was taken care of by Aaron's Electrical Service, and will be a lifelong customer. There might be cheaper companies, but I find their prices competitive unless you go with Uncle Joe's friend Bubba, and you do absolutely get what you pay for. I prefer a company that I know has experience, because you are after all talking about electrical work, as well as integrity, something lacking in most companies, which translates into the most important thing. Trust! I trust them unquestionably, and wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your electrical needs!
I contacted Aaron's Electrical Service a couple weeks ago as I lost power just in my father's downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. Josh arrived at my home same day. I explained the issue. He inspected everything and quickly identified the problem - a humidifier with faulty wiring was tripping the circuit breaker. He reset everything and walked me through his inspection and fix. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.
P D.While we're still determining what to do to address our issue with ACFI breakers nuisance tripping in our house, if we go ahead with the work we will absolutely be using Aaron's Electrical. Communication was great, and after calling late in the day yesterday we were able to get scheduled for a no fee consultation with Andrew who arrived promptly and on time the following day. I reviewed our situation with Andrew who gave very balanced feedback, helped consider options and provided us a no pressure quote. While we're still figuring out what to do next, I can say is our experience was extremely positive and their feedback very valuable. I'll be hopefully getting a generator interlock installed in the coming months, and will be coming back to these guys for sure!
I scheduled service and my wife missed a day of work to accommodate. Their electrician no-showed and never bothered to call. Upon contacting their offices I was informed they had us scheduled for a time that we never agreed to. I understand mistakes happen but the office contact made me feel Ike I was wasting his time.
I asked the electrician to please wear a mask because I was carrying my infant. The technician said. ""I don't have one. The pandemic is over"". Regardless of what you believe you shouldn't be disrespected in your own home. I called the owner and he was mildly apologetic but also repeated that the pandemic was over. I am not sure where these people got their medial degrees but they aught to get some training in respecting a customers wishes.
We had an issue with the line to our house. They gave great advice and got the issue resolved as quick as possible. The owner answers you 24-7. Great owner, workers and service. Will continue to use them for our electrical needs!
Scheduled an appointment so I can get some light fixtures done. They left a voicemail asking for a call back which I did. Left a voicemail. Called again, no response. They were suppose to come on Wednesday may 19 2021 but they never showed up. I didn't even get a heads up letting us know. So overall, the work was never done so I can't give more than 1 star.

He ended up protecting our house with an all-house breaker which should protect us against further damage in the future and we will sleep a little sounder!

The Lakes at Northpoint
Becky C.Chris has been out 2x to fix 2 different problems. I thought the problem was a burned out GFI. He confirmed same with additional issues and fixed all in less than 15 minutes. He is professional and honest. Additionally, Aaron's has a very quick response time! We will use the again!!!
