I hired these guys to repair my electrical wiring that was damaged by another company that refused to accept responsibility. It took Mr. Tribble less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was surprised that they came out on a holiday and am so glad that I reached out to them based on the recommendation of a friend.

I called Mr. Tribble on a Monday morning to come check out the circuit breaker box in the house. He was able to come out that very evening (when I'm sure he would have rather gone home after a long day's work), and had checked it, replaced the circuit breaker, and was done very quickly. He was also polite and seemed very nice. I would absolutely call him again in the future if I needed any electrical work done.

Tribble's Electric Service is A OK by me! I called for an electrician to help me with my Ring Pro Video door bell. My service was intermittent. I knew that the wiring or the transformer was the problem. Mr. Tribble was on a call and said he would come by after he finished there. He arrived around 6 PM and stayed until he resolved the problem. It turned out that the transformer was good but that there were numerous wiring issues. Mr. Tribble is a very tenacious in tracking down the problem and resolving it. I highly recommend Tribble's Electric Service.

After reading the reviews for this company on HomeAdvison, I am VERY disappointed in my experience. On Wednesday 2 Jan 2019, I spoke with a young via telephone who promptly answered my call. I explained the electrical issue I was having and told the young man that I live in Charlotte ( an hour away from where the project is located), but the project is at my parent's house. The young man and I agreed that we would meet between 2-3 pm on Friday 4 Jan 2019. The employee was to call me to get the address to where the project was located. Around 2:45pm, I begin to start texting and calling the numbers 803-513-5117 and 803-786-4826 to inquire if the meeting was still going to take place. Attempted to call at least 5 times and got the voicemail each time. I proceeded to call Home Advisor and they were no help as they received voicemail as well. I won't attempt to use this company again, as first impressions are lasting ones and this example of inconsideration of someone's time is a pretty good indication of the type of service that I would have received. Good luck to anyone else who uses this company...perhaps your experience will be better.

We were told someone would call us by 2PM today to install a ceiling fan. Called them back at 4PM and was told they would be here in 30 minutes. It's now 5PM. No show and they are closed. All I'm getting is their voicemail. How do you stay in business like this?
