As a teenager, I worked after school and during summers with my uncles, who were independent contractors in HVAC and electrical services. Upon graduating from Hueytown High School in 1993, I attended Bessemer Tech while working full-time as an HVAC technician, soaking up all the knowledge I could. I became passionate about my work and the chance to help families, which drove my thirst for knowledge. After completing trade school, I attended every class and factory training I could fit into my schedule. Unfortunately, my disillusionment with unethical practices in the industry resulted in job hopping, and I started to envision a better approach. Every day, that vision becomes a reality, and I appreciate the chance to bring peace of mind and security to Alabama families.
